Sky trying to sell me ESPN sick of them calling said no 3 times now

annoying! annoying! annoying! 2 today, 4 yesterday. no reply when i answer it!!!

I had this number call me twice,when i answered it they asked for someone who did not live here,when i asked them who they wanted,they just hung up, but the person was either polish or from around that area so it has to be a scam.

Just sent an e-mail to Careline telling them to eff off, stop calling, or I'd set fire to their three offices.
Every time I get a call from this number in future I'll do the same. Might not achieve anything but it certainly makes me feel better!

Yeah, getting the same as you guys. In my case it was Sky pushing ESPN .... arghhh! Getting cheesed off with the cold calls though.

Had 2 calls this evening. My daughter answered the second one which asked for my husband by name and then hung up. Not a nice thing for anyone, but certainly not a teenager. I'm reporting the number to OFCOM as this is a nuisance call

I have had this number call me as many as four times in one hour and everytime there is no-one there when i answer.if you don't answer they call back to back.. i am ex directory and have also reported it i am not supposed to get marketing call any more but i have had this number ring all over christmas and new year and now i'm seriously fed up of it.

These people have called me about 30 times in the past 5 days! They ring, but dont allow enough time to answer the call.... (not that I am going to answer it anyway) if its that important then I suggest they leave a voice message!

I answered a call from these people last evening - they said they were from Sky wanting to give me a special offer and asked me to answer some security questions - I declined - never give security answers to someone who rings you. I asked what the offer was - he wouldn't tell me - I said I'd ring Sky and ask about the offer - he said they wouldn't give it to me - only he could give me the offer. I still wouldn't give him my security information although he seemed to have info on my account - he got quite shirty and rude and hung up. I rang Sky to complain - they didn't know about these guys although there was a note on my account to say I'd been called at that time. I'm quite annoyed and am considering taking it further with Sky.

I am fed up to the back teeth with this number ringing my phone. I am ex directory and have had at least 5 calls a day for the past few days. Sick sick sick!

this number calls many times daily, for months now. only answered today as i'm expecting a phone call. when i answer the phone no-one speaks, then an indian gentleman finally says hello, he doesnt get chance to say anything else as i hang up!

this number has called three times daily for five days. I have dialled their number and phoned the number that the recorded message gives if you do not wish to recieve any more calls - you leave your name, phone number and postcode - and they won't call you. Wrong!! I have left two messages and they still call three times a day. My third message won't be so polite. They are a damn nuisace! I have TPS and caller display so ignore any calls that I don't recognise. Tempted to buy truecall which can block ANY type of call, but why should I pay £100 for a device to stop calls to MY phone line which I pay rent for, this sort of service should be free.

Called asked for my sky password and home address.  They seemed to know about some of my sky details, ie what package i was on and what i had been on.  The caller was aggressive when i refused to give details etc and he hung up when i asked to speak to his supervisor.

Had a call today my daughter answered they were rather rude when I took the phone off her they hung up????

I've had a bunch of calls. They seem to have details of my Sky account and the services they provide for me so I started to think they might be legitimate. Then they asked me for my password as which point I ended the call.

Just remember folks, no reputable organisation will call you and ask for your password. You have a password to prove who you are if you call them. It is not for you to prove who you are when they call you.

Thefefore I am convinced this is the bads guys. If this is somebody calling in Sky's behalf then Sky should be ashamed of themselves.

1. Do not ask me for my password when you call me, this is a completely unacceptable practise
2. If a company who is not Sky knows my password, how dare you give them my password, this will lead me to cancel my account.

If this is not Sky, at least this site has helped to 'out' them.

Can somebody from Sky comment please?

Cocerning fraud is a load of Rubbish and your just worrying people for no reason, it is sky because i called them back and its an agency using automated and real people to call sky customers so no fraud involved, if you call the number back it tells you haow to stop the unwanted calls

I am going to complain to SKY as they have no right to start cold calling there customers if it contuines i will dump sky and move to virgin
