They reassure those defrauded by support publishing companies, such as those run by Simister and associates, that the facts posted about who and where the TAPA partners are,  because they are verifiable and thus true. This allows those defrauded, or any reader, to arrive at an informed decision as how to proceed, based on fact and not vacuous gossip.

If this is the case the recorded conversations, information and opinions are credible because they can be verified as actually having taken place. Without the (and quotable) written permission of the third-parties and individuals involved the recordings can not be uploaded onto an audio forum nor transcribed for pasting on here.

- In the absence of the above telephone calls will only be dismissed as heresay because they are not credible. Babble, as you might say, and a complete waste of time and of little value.

- A credible case depends upon verifiable facts with links and to date you have failed to provide any, are there none?

- Indeed I have never been i) duped and scammed by a support publishing company ii) duped and scammed by the TAPA protection racket and thus agree that I have never been a customer aka. TAPA scam victim and thus unwittingly funded a proven fraudster and his associates. At the time my colleague simply put the phone down and binned the amateurish letters, magazines and threats from Abingdon House and TAPA.

- The disingenuous claims on TAPA's site are essentially poorly regurgitated and plagiarised court proceedings and press releases. Here is why. Analyse the original well structured and written official postings, note their dates and times and compare these to TAPA's belated tabloid press styled postings. Note how these mirror the poor style, limited lexis and syntax of the remainder of TAPA's illiterate websites. Examine TAPA's archived websites stored on the wayback internet archive; they are even worse.

- Eastway, it is because I am not a rogue publisher that I am disinterested in your allegation that I am one. However, what I am interested in is verifiable facts and data be it about rogue publishers or the The Advertising Protection Agency protection racket. The clue is in its name, after all.

How do we know you have not registered a load of domains under one of these peoples name and then claim it's tapa? You would be more believable if a) they provide a quality service, b) helped me get money bank when my bank were not interested and c) didn't charge what my solicitor quoted?

My evidence is in my experience and what the police and trading standards say. Call them, go find out what they say. Good luck to the guy if he is a reformed character, seems he has not got any bad info from courts / government since and now helps them so carry on I say. My neighbours son's youth advisor is an ex-addict, should he be condemned too? You have actually created threads on here to justify some of your posts so evidently have a bit of a thing (not healthy in the same way zoophilia is not healthy!) for tapa. To say their website is illiterate is surprising. Their dossiers they send evidently provoke a reaction from the police or government and clearly say they do not shut them down on their site so I think you intentionally are trying to deceive people like me into thinking they make these claims. I think you need to find a different hobby!

Do you know what it's like to get a call from somebody saying you will get a "visit" this afternoon and quoting personal information? Do you know what it's like to call the police and be told if somebody turns up just call them then? Do you know what it's like to try and even speak to trading standards? Evidently not! Many would pay double or triple what they charge just for that kind of help! So, shove your scare tactics!

The only posts which I know for sure have been removed are those which were obscene, abusive and threatening against LizzieM, myself, and a few others. LizzieM had screen shots of them as advised by the police after she was threatened, but, as you will see from my earlier post, she is no longer with us. There were several pages of those which seemed to come from different people.  They were found by the Moderator to have  originated from the same IP address and they and the answers were removed.  I only keep an occasional eye on this thread, in fact I was under the impression that TAPA had stopped harassing individuals and were now concentrating on small businesses.  They use another number on here for that business.

A clever ploy that I believe TAPA use is to inundate the victim with bogus calls from various charities of publishing companies offering advertising. Then Call as TAPA to offer a service that eliminates the calls.

In what way would it "scare" me off? I have stated over and over and over that I have spoken to trading standards in cheshire as suggested on this thread, they say no probs with tapa. I have called the various police forces mentioned on tapa website to see if they make up sending these dossiers off (the police dont go into much detail but confirm that the info on tapa site is correct) and also to a number of people on their opt out scheme, some not happy but most are.. That's what I base my info on. Why not try it yourself.
