coverplus set me up with a much better deal than i had previously. i am quite pleased with the level of cover and the price is brilliant too. they are very helpful and they have saved me a heap of money! definately would reccoment them to anyone whos getting over charged for their home insurance!

Having had such a wonderful experience with this company, what brought you here?  This site is to report unknown, unwanted and scam calls, so why wold you check out their number on here?  The post before yours was in April and none of the posts on here give a company name.  Positive posts on a site like this are usually put on by the company to try and make it look good.

Keep getting nuisance calls from this number. Caller is mostly always silent.  Can hear voices/other calls going on in the background.

Our landline is private so don't know where they got our no. from

Got call from this number a woman asked if I wanted to see if my electric or gas could be reduced, I hung up after saying no.

Just had a call from these people.  Something about changing gas & electricity companies to cheapest tariff.  Told them no way Jose.  Their number is now barred.

Been getting this call, not picked up, silent call when the answer machine picks it up. I am concerned that the line will be blocked like others experienced. Applying constantly for jobs, might miss one due to that, should I pick up expecting it a job call.
But still, am expecting some calls soon, not caller ID at the moment, yet this number has been calling lately. Seems the address is known, so should they persist or block the line, I'll pay them a visit to re-arrange their office.
Or carry out legal proceedings for disrupting the line, need to research it, but I do believe that holding up a phone line in such a way can be illegal or at least can be challenged in court, possibly mis-use of communications. Not sure, but something to look into.

They can be fined however for TPS calls. Company I worked for not more than a month ago got fined for constant TPS calls.
Can't believe I even did the job, these call centres only want your details and money, the directors pocketing £1000s from selling your details or the deals.
They even usually just called straight out of the phone book.

This number was displayed, and despite not recognising the number, I picked up the receiver......silence the other end....!!  So annoying.  I'm TPS registered so should not be receiving nuisance calls.  The matter has been reported to the ICO.

This number rang at 5:30 pm.  Unfortunately I had to answer as I am awaiting an important phone call.  The lying "person" on the other end of the line said "I see your house insurance is up for renewal".  Erm no, it's not.  We've just done it.  I said "Ringing from where" and she said "Your house insurance".  Erm, hang on.  I know which company I am with and no company you are a customer with will say "I'm ringing from your house insurance".  My house insurers ring and say "I'm so-and-so ringing from (the company name)".  When I said "We've just renewed it and you should know that" she claimed that we hadn't done so and wanted to know how we had renewed it (cheque etc).  When I pointed out that she hadn't told me she was from our "insurers" she called me a "f-ing 'female' dog" and said if I didn't tell her she would keep calling until I did.  How unfortunate that she left her number? It's very unfortunate also that hubby is a POLICE OFFICER and will be ringing that number in the morning!

same number as above comments. Constantly pestered by these. I get several calls a day from them which I ignore. I answered once, got a load of PPI spiel and then there was a swift change to home insurance spiel, for which they claim to be brokers. When i queried a few things I was put on hold and passed to an incredibly patronising young woman who kept calling me love in quite an aggressive way whilst claiming they made nothing out of sorting my home insurance out for me, how stupid do they think we are???? So annoying.  

Says they are from coverplus.  Despite telling them we are not interested keep calling back.
