I wish I advise Pestdue Credit I have no debts nor do I need any such loans or help from them and to stop call my number I will hand my case to solicitor this continues stop now

This is a Debt Company, they do not take any notice if you are not the guilty party,they keep harassing you without cause,do not play about,report them to Credit Services Association,Newcastle Upon Tyne,all info is on the net.The more complaints they get the worse their reputation and companies will not use them,and perhaps they will go bust,what a good thought.

they kept calling me for 6 months, they told me i havent payed £900 for an address that i did not know. the funny think is i lived only in two addresses in my life plus they only got my surname, when i asked them what is my name the did not know i had to send my tenency agreemen for 6 month and they still kept phoning, do not trust these people  proberly you work for them

word of wording for anyone phoning up to pay a debt to these guys, ask them to process payment on their 'manual' system, their normal system seems to reject payments constantly, leaving you with pending transactions for several days on your card. I have £180 of pending transactions at the moment which take ages to become available again on credit/debit card and really need the money to get through the week.

btw it isnt a scam and they actually seem alright, very friendly on the phone although i wasnt arguing/disputing the debt so they didnt have any reason to be rude.

There are numerous other online threads about this, where what Past Due are doing wrong is very clearly stated, so I can only assume that some of the Past Due support messages posted here have been posted by, er, Past Due themselves. I have never heard people sound so grateful for being 'helped' to pay off a debt.
For those who don't know, the company does this: they buy up records of outstanding debts from electricity providers, etc., but they do not bother to find out WHO owed the debt. This means that a whole load of people who have previously lived in a property can be contacted and told they owe the money.
So, they will get it right ONCE while harrassing a whole load of innocent people into the bargain.
After several letters and / or phone calls it is not uncommon to receive one which appears to be from a bailiff co., even though bailiffs cannot approach your property without a court order. This is bordering on the illegal. Also note that you DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL DETAILS, particularly not in the name of the 'data protection act', as they suggest.
If you are being harrassed by these people, try contacting the service provider they say they are acting on behalf of (e.g. EON, British Gas, etc.) The service provider should be able to let you know whether you owe anything, and will furthermore be obliged to stop Past Due from harrassing you anymore if you don't.
Sadly, the people most vulnerable to this sort of thing are likely to be those who don't access to online forums, etc., who may be older and less financially capable. It is they who will be frightened into paying off debts which, in all likelihood, don't belong to them. I feel that the people who work for this company bear a large part of the responsibility for these actions.

PDCS have been trying to force me into paying £759.03 which they claim I owe Scottish Power. I DO NOT owe Scottish Power this amount and they have provided proof I do not to both myself and PDCS and instructed PDCS to STOP trying to claim the debt that does not exsist. PDCS however are now threatening to instruct it's collectors to attend my address and seize my assets if I do not pay. I've now got help from a solicitor who is more than happy to take this to court if PDCS fail to cease ad desist all action. My advice is fight them as they are a bunch of routes who are a law unto themselves and don't take any notice of the companies they are supposed to be acting on behalf of.

if the debt is over 6 years old they cant collect as it is statute barred..unless you pay them something they are powerless.. use bt choose to refuse and block the idiots..

better still sue them for harassment

I have had 73 calls from this number in the past few weeks, I answered the first one and they gave me my name, address etc, but the energy company they were asking for regarding my 'debt' of £650. I had never been a customer with the company in question! They are driving me bonkers now and the mobile phone company I am with can't seem to block the number lol

pdc credit solutions, keep calling, wont say why when questioned, harassing and menacing

They called me for unpaid BT bill for around 30 GBP. They did ask for address and full name as per data protection. They did not put any fee on top of the outstanding balance. I found them polite and professional.
