These [***] even call on Sunday lunchtime! Is nothing sacred!  Stop calling people! I don't know how they got this number, as it is only me and Virgin that know it, and I have only had it since June!

Never heard from these people before I signed up to talk talk broadband.Anyone else in the same boat?

Automated call from Curved Air.  They claim to be calling legally as they are doing market research but, as their website claims, they are mining leads to be sold to sales companies.  The man behind these pests is William Duncan Taylor, who has been behind similar failed companies, including one that was fined £45,000 by Ofcom for nuisance sales calls.  He lives in a rather large house - the address is Rushmere Lodge, Beauty Bank, Northwich CW8 2BP - perhaps you would like to write to him to let him know how his calls are making you feel?  Though I would prefer to have his phone number...

'Kirsty', an automated survey, called Oct 9th 2014. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS. I am also disabled and find phone calls very stressful.  Due to my disability,  I need my phone line available at all times but this call blocked my access to my own phone line! I hung up and then went to make another call--'kirsty' and her survey on energy supply was still prattling on! Hung up again but again, the call was still blocking my line when I tried to call out. Disgusting!

I get a call from these shysters at least once a day.  I wish they would go and jump in a bog for mis-using my telephone system. Can I sue them for dishonestly abstracting electricity, as my answering device is connected to a mains supply?

Has anyone tried the opt out link and has it worked?
I too am Ex-d and TPS. The only firm I've give my land-line out to is Everest. Is there a common denominator here?

I'm registered on TPS.. you're a nuisance caller and will be reported. I'm not really interested in why or how you think this is okay.
