I too got a call from this number.  It is a waste of time writing to them or the TPS - the fact is that these companies should not be calling people registered with the TPS in the first place.  After a lot of complaining de-registering etc, they will probably stop - but what a lot of trouble we go to in order to achieve that, and the cost to them is nothing.  My suggestion is to contact their clients and to say that as a result of the calls from Curved Air (whom they have employed), we will specifically not be using their services.  Their website has case studies for Homebuy and Peel Holdings as well as a Charity called Five Stars who are sponsored and supported by companies such as Manchester City, Bentley, Hard Rock Cafe, Mercedes-Benz, etc. etc.  They are also on Bt Trade Space, and BT should know better.  I am sure an internet search will throw up more companies too.

My guess is that a stream of emails to all these companies will lead them to ask Curved Air WTF is going on and may cause them to pull their contracts.  At the very least, Curved Air will not be pleased.  This I think is the only way to get this sorted, i.e. if us going through the TPS isn't going to cost them money, then this might and should make them and their clients think again about how they do business.

Just received an automated call from this lot despite being on the TPS list. I will report this call to them but not convinced others wont get calls from them in the future.

Just received a call from these 'people'.  I too am on TPS and this is the second 'incolicited' call I hve had in two days. The other was from 08452639001 . .  which I am just about to google.

I am ex directory so how do these people get my number?  They are so annoying.  Trying to have a nice relaxing SUnday and then you get these parasites!!!!

just got a call; automated voice unless it was somebody who was really bad at reading a script. I'm with TPS so really annoying to get a message like this on a Sunday afternoon.

Got a call from them 5 mins ago.  Let it go to the answer machine and heardt the stuff about doing a survey, winning vouchers  and pressing 9 to opt out.
Oh yes, I CERTAINLY believe that they're only carrying out surveys, that their prize draw is genuine and they'll never bother me again if just follow their instructions.  I also believe that the Lucky Buddha sitting on my windowsill has kept me from being killed by marauding tigers all these years......

Does anyone know their emails?  I'd love to send them 1000000000 messages with big attachements to tell them to quit and pay me my money back. Having their servers jammed they would probably feel as powerless as me when they target me. First of all they target all those vulnerable people who cannot afford to loose a penny.

My kids answer the phone and follow the instructions thinking that they help.
My neighbours autistic child cannot be persuaded to stop answering and pressing 9.

Those scummers know that. Nice source of revenue.

Interesting. Looks like the bad publicity on here got them to submit their accounts to Companies House before they got struck off.

Guess there is a price for unethical business practice when you are a director (there should be, unless you work for a bank that is)

Purporting to be a telemarketor / asking for my time for a survey - tried to interrupt and point out we are registered with the telephone preference agency but it is obviously recorded and when I put the phone down it does not disconnect for a while.  I so hate these calls.  We seem to have had a spate of these.  Sometimes they seem to call our fax number and we've had up to 4 a day of late, most recent about 6pm tonight.
