I'm with TPS and the past 2 weeks have started getting calls from accident insurance, British Gas and now market research

Company is Curved Air Marketing Solutions, Challenge House, Challenge Way, Blackburn. BB1 5QB

I completed 'survey' being careful to say that I was not planning to renew anything. I am unemployed so the £50 voucher is worth the risk.
Global Kitchens called two days later. Seen off pronto.

Suggest report to TPS & OFCOM for cold calling and misrepresentation otherwise these nuisance calls persist.

you can go to their website and there is a link to opt out. you can either call the number and give them your phone number or enter it online. i did mine online !

08450304436 csalled me, I m on telephone perfrence service, why do I get calls like this

Got an automated call from 08450304436 wanting to carry out a survey, I put phone down and when it had cleared I rang my service provider and they bloked the number foc I also checked the my TPS registration and it was still valid!

This lot call all sorts of numbers, including business numbers. It's automated, you can't even yell at the person on the other end. Report them to TPS, that's what they are there for. Don't take the soft option of opting out, that lets them off the hook - and they'll still pass your number on as being 'live' once you confirm it!

I reported them both to tps & ico this morning , who seem not to be able to do anything !!

Very amateur and an absolute pain!

Called me today. Instantly reported to TPS.

If the TPS and the law cannot do anything about these time wasting parasites perhaps we should take the law into our own hands as suggested by "Paul". Anybody got any good ideas, petrol bombs might be a little extreme!
Send them all your junk mail? No stamp. Nice package marked "urgent". At least the Post Office might get an excess charge out of them.

We are with TPS and just had this company on the phone, I left the phone on the side and it lasted 3.30minutes,

Another who's registered with TPS but despite this I still received this unsolicited marketing research call - fortunately the answering machine took their pre-recorded IVR message (press 9 to opt out). Where did they get my number from? ex-directory, TPS, opted out of Electoral roll etc etc.

Received an automated call from this lot around 6-30 in the evening.

It may have been my telephone set-up or others may experience it but I was unable to stop it. Even when I put the receiver down it carried on after I picked it up again. Unbelievable.

I am registered with TPS and SilentCall-Gard for automated calls but didn't seem to make any difference in this case.

Shall report them to TPS.
