Tried again and TPS accepted my complaint. I entered it as a sales call.

Why? Because they were sugging:

Got an answerphone message from 08450304436 - they said they were Marks & Spencer doing research.  Said to press 9 to opt out.  I did nothing - they then asked if I had ever bought an appliance or done anything to reduce the cost of energy.  Said to type 1 for yes and 2 for no.  I did nothing.  They asked the same question 3 times then hung up.

I have decided to email Marc Bolland the CEO of Marks & Spencer after thinking about what a pain they are. It's a BH Weekend! Mr Bolland is the one who is ultimately responsible for hiring these people: marc.bolland@marks-and-spencer.com I also used the opt-out link above but fear that they will simply sell my data to another company.

I'm in TPS but still these people call... I'll be reporting them!

They have recently hit a special purpose number here, as well [***] calling my partner recently. I will probably have to beef up the screening...

UNWANTED CALL ABOUT MARKET RESEARCH TO A EX DIR PHONE COULD NOT END CALL

Curved Air Marketing Solutions called me, despite my TPS registration, claiming to be doing a survey. I pressed 9 to opt out of future calls, but I should not have been called in the first place.

I got them too, but when I did my Hannibul Lecter impression on them they hung up.

got call at work today from them about a survey in the area and press 9 to opt out i hung up the tried to use the phone after and she was still there rabbiting on from where she left off, pain in the a**e when you have important calls to be made

please keep posting these email addresses on forums like this with the marketing numbers that are unwanted.  we are registed with tps and never hand out our number so are very concerned where our number has been obtained

I picked the first one.  Its only if we all complain to TPS en mass that it will be dealt with, you wont be alone cos ive already done it.

i got a call today (17th May) from 08450304436 like those above -- will be following up suggestions posted here -- i will also be putting up a link to this page with info about Curved Air -- (pity about the name -- it had good associations for me cos of the Terry Riley album)

That number ring every few days and when you put the phone down its does not cut them off and they are still on the line just when you want o use the phone. Is there anyway they can be stop once for all?

Received an automated telephone call from 00845 0304436, which appears to be curved air marketing solutions.
I didn't press '9' to opt out in case it was a con to link me to a premium rate number, and I couldn't end the call by hanging up.

In the end I put the receiver down and walked away, but I do like the idea of sending all my junk mail to them!
Perhaps I should filter my mail and send them any home improvement bumpf that I receive!!

I didn't answer the phone . ill bet most people on here have a ps3 tho !
