Someone keep calling me from this number: 08451469372. I am not very happy with who ever is calling without leaving a message....! The Government should take action against this type of call.

Just got a call now, call ended as soon as I answered.

This number repeatedly calls me throughout the day, three or four times on average. I screen my calls so all I am left with is a series of hang ups on my voicemail.

we get calls from this number numerous times of the day right up til 8p[m.  when i do answer they just hang up.  they never leave a message on the answer machine. Sometimes they ring every 15 minutes and it is getting really annoying.

17 times in 3 days! No trouble to me as their number is on my phone's block list.

I am 81 years old. It is not easy for me to get to the phone. On May 13th 2010 I received calls from  O8451469372 at the following times  --11.am/1.0pm/2.0pm/2.40.pm/6.18.pm/7.32.pm. Apart from the inconvenience I consider this to be an intrusion into my life. I hope something can be done to give me some peace.

Yep, just been reading all the posts here, all are the same as mine.

They call, never say anything then hang up. i think if the ceo of the company were to read these posts, he /she wounldnt be best pleased, as their staff are just simply ringing the numbers so as to log the call at their end and thereby prove they called - but no one was in (as they would have to report) . Its a shame in this the 21st century that companies carry out such tactics, as i would now never use anything that they may have had to offer now.

All the calls started when i made a complaint to my local water board regarding a leaking meter. They still havent fixed the leak 3 weeks on, yet the spam followed within hours of my complaint going in, shame they werent as prompt at fixing leaks.........but what do you expect with such shoddy companies.

So if you have to report a leak to your local company, DONT release your phone number and insist that they contact you by email only, (touch wood i havent had any email spam from them yet.....), the water board boards share all your details between themselves, so what was one company that you thought had your number can quickly escalate into 6 or more, they will remove your number from the records, but the last woman i spoke to said it could take up to 6 weeks for this to come into effect..........., some very choise words by myself to her and her manager soon had that reduced to zero.

Been 4 days now, not a peep, thank goodness.

Same problems as above, several calls a day, 3 this evening, all silent. Twice a man has said hello and when I say hello back he hangs up. Getting VERY ANGRY now!
Have reported to ofcom but not holding my breath on that!

This is still going on.  Had a message on our answerphone, sometime in April 2010 and it is still the tail end of something, but includes ...UK regs...and to call back if want to know more!!!  I did want to know more, but not from them.  Luckily, have found out from here - the internet is so useful for bringing the 'little' people together

5 calls so far today, phoned them back told them to record me telling them to remove my phone and take it to the Police because if they phone me again they will need 24 hour protetction.  They phoned again, big mistake, I asked for their address, stupid scum gave it to me, bigger mistake, now I know where to go to make them regret not listening to me.

08451 469372 have called me 3 times today alone. Getting fed-up with this!

No answer when handset is picked up, but can here someone on the other end but they do not answer?

I have just received another call but this time I got an answer, after I gave him a few facts of what I thought of his company keep ringing me, in plain language which I would not repeat here he said I would be taken off of their list. But time will tell.

Hi had a recorded message today calling me a [***].  I assume they can do this as it would be difficult to find the actual person.  This has come after lots of phone calls and eventually ask them to never call again.  Has anyone else had this or was I elegible for a special service?

Repeated calls from this number. As soon as I answer they hang up. I really wish they'd desist!

The continued harassment by Homeserve and their Telemarketing department from 08451469372 and 01922 420057 has now become a blight on my life - up to 10 calls a day - no answer or message.
I have sent ever more abusive e-mails to their customer services department at  customerrelations@homeserve.com in attempt to get them to stop but with out any effect.
I have today e-mailed the BBC's Watchdog programme and all major newspapers in an effort to get these [***] wipes to stop calling me.
May I suggest that everyone here e-mails Watchdog with a complaint about Homeserve maybe then they will get the message.  watchdog@bbc.co.uk.

Had a number of call from this number, on answering the person on the other end alway says " Is this Mr K",  when you say no, you are then asked who you are and how long have you lived at that address.

got a call from them again this morning !
