Use Ofcoms online complaints form here: https://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/tell-us/webflow/silent-calls/    . It's a very quick to complete form - only one page and mostly multiple choice answers, but if people start complaining en masse about these companies, it'll make them think twice before spamming people with these calls, as they'll be fined - it's a breach of regulations. They depend on people not doing anything about it, just shows how much contempt they have for people.

no message its time to put these companys to sleep

Calling every morning and either not speaking or not leaving any message on the answering machine.
Why in this day and age BT cannot block these annoying  numbers I do not know.

I just got 7 calls from this number in the space of 20 mins and another 12 over the past week, all at dinner time. I've no idea what they wanted as I rejected all the calls except the last one where I yelled a few choice four letter words.  I haven't recieved  a call since.

I've had calls from this number and my name isn't even on any of the household bills. They don't know who they are calling - it could be a teenagers/childs mobile phone. I've also been getting calls from British Gas 08000724699.

My mobile is on silent most of the time and I have blocked the numbers but they still try to get through.

Annoying as this looks like a regular number on the display on the phone. Seems from other comments that this is Eon, I won't use any company that uses this tactic!

I seem to get a lot of stupid calls like this as I am at home all day. It is about time that the government stepped in and stopped this sort of thing. I hate these W**kers.

They've called me on my mobile a few times but I've always missed the call and the one time I did answer it, they asked for someone else, no idea who the person is they were asking for.

I got a call from this number today on my mobile, the only company that has my mobile number at present is comet. I didn't give my home number because the last time I ordered a product from another company the day of delivery I received a call asking if i would like to extend the guarantee. They need a contact number to tell you that they will deliver within the hour then IMO are passing on the phone numbers to other company's

Same as most of the posts here; Answered the call and 'SILENCE', must be a Call Centre.

Do they (the caller) get a commision for just ringing your number?
