I had a fone call from this number i answered as my caller display doesnt work on my land line, they asked for my sister and stated she had won a competition from a website called my offers, i asked if i could get a number so she could call them back and they said "we have no direct line" which is proved wrong when i did 1471. Not sure who it was tho im inclined to go with Eon

This company keep ringing me too - they even knew what my e-mail adress was - think they got my info from a survey i did trying to get free cash on farmville

i get the same thing.. they have rang ever day this week twice a day yet never spoke. it is the same number.!!!! drives me up the wall

I would like to know who this is.

Keeps calling and then hangs up.  I've called the number and left message on voicemail to stop calling my number.  I have recorded the date and time and will take it further if I get any more calls.  Eon is a public nuisance and they should be stopped.  In fact it should be illegal for companies to call random numbers to sell their products.

Reccomend you add this number to reject list if they are calling your mobile. that's what i've done

This Number keeps ringing my house phone as well, i have not answered and after reading these comments i wont be answering in the future!

This should not be allowed its ridiculous especially if someone is waiting for an important call but keep getting these idiots on the other end of the phone!!!

Also they shouldnt even have my number so where are they getting this information from, something has seriously gone wrong.

since i don't have a landline i have to give my mobile number when applying for stuff online, it's very sneeky but there will be a tiny little box on the website that asks if you want to be contacted with offers, so make sure you tell them no!! It's ridiculous that companies like e-on are allowed to harass people like this. if you accept the call but don't say anything it will cost the company quite a bit, i suggest doing this whenever they call :)

ignored call... rang back is def EON but they give you an option to be removed from their mailing list via recorded message!

Got a call from this number, but they hung up when i answered. How bad mannered is that? Won't phone them back - never know if it's yet another telephone scam.

confirmed, its Eon, they ring all times of the day, i told them where to stick it lol

they just called me and when i said hello they started humming a tune for about 30 seconds and then hung up
