I've just received yet another call from this bunch of clowns. We get them everyday even though I am TPS registered and ex-directory. I've previously called the number back and registered not to get anymore calls but it makes no difference. Tried it again today but I shan't hold my breath. Mostly the calls are silent then disconnect but if you do happen to be connected, someone will tell you that you're elligible for free windows as a show home. All they want is to get a sales person round to your house to try and rip you off.

I've been receiving these calls for a couple of weeks and they're ALWAYS dropped (it's not that hard to manange the call centre software so it doesn't do that, so they're obviously employing total idiots to run the tech for their outgoing call centres). I called 0800041041 and spoke to chap who called himself David Duffy, promised to have head office admin remove my details, and stated that I should no longer have any calls from this number after Tuesday.

One does rather wonder what kind of business model they're trying to follow, because their current practice is incredibly irritating and unprofessional.

Company have called and continue to call despite direct requests to stop. My no is also TPS and exdirectory, never been listed in a phone book.  Try  0800 041041 or 01606 866500 Head Office to complain, perhaps flooding their freephone would let them see how we feel getting unwanted calls. They claim it takes up to 72 hours to clear phone nos from their computer but prior to that claimed also 24 and 48 hours so staff don't know what they are talking about and don't mind telling complete lies.  I wonder what that says about other services they offer and  company reliability.

They also said thay get a disc from TPS to take off any numbers they should phone but this must also be untrue if so many of us on TPS register receive calls.

I told them about this website, perhaps they might want to read all the comments.  Not all publicity is good for a company.

You could call that number to complain, and it'll cost them, not you !

Just had another call from this cold calling mob. I'm registered with TPS & was told I'd be removed from their list first time they called. Second time they called got a half hearted apology & told once more my number would be removed from their list. Just had a 3rd call in as many weeks jobsworth said he'd get his Supervisor I didn't wait I just hung up on them, best thing to do.

Got a call from 08452639001 - it's Weatherseal, regardless of what name the marketing firm gives.  Here's some info might be helpful:

1) Their freephone number is 0800 041 041 - why not give them a ring (dialling 141 first so your numbers' not traceable) then put the phone down when they answer.

Hi, yesterday I got a call from this company. I know who it was because i just checked the no. I answered and the person wanted to speak to the homeowner. I asked who it was and then they put the phone down. I am fed up with these nos calling. I am very busy and indeed this takes my time up. About time they got rid of the call centres after all nobody wants them.  If we want goods we will research companies and call them. Waste of time and money. Tell them to get a proper job.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I heard background noise, they hung up.

I wish this number would stop calling.  I am registered with BT TPS so should not be receiving these annoying calls.  I see from other comments that they are Weatherseal - I'm not interested and will do my own research for companies if I want anything!

Had several calls from this lot. In the end I simply answered, "Hello, Strathclyde Police" and the caller said, "Sorry wrong number" and hung up. I haven't had a call since!

Called YET AGAIN by these pains.   Do they really think this sells double glazing?  I am TPS registered, they are blatantly ignoring this.

Still being called by this number, that's at least 10 times this week.   As suggested by previous posts, I called their freephone number 0800 041 041 to complain.  I was asked if I was registered with TPS, which I am, and was told my number would be removed from their list.  They are obviously ignoring the TPS system.

Yet another dropped call from Weatherseal muppets. I notice that they don't have the company name on the recorded message anymore when you ring this number back. I wonder why? Called the 0800 number to tell them I am TPS registered and was advised that the autoremoval system I used previously to take my details off the dialler doesn't work. Useful. Them told me 48hrs to have my details removed. Won't hold my breath......

I got a call from them at 7:43pm on 1/12/2010.
They just hung up.
