Im TPS and they STILL get my number - and its not the first time.  Why cant these people take NO for an answer. If I wanted new doors or windows I would bloody well sort them out myself!   I must answer my phone a dozen times a day to people I dont want to talk to.

Ask them to wait while you fetch the person they are looking for and just leave them for a while talking to thin air, if they are still on the line after around ten minutes just hang up on them. Annoying at first but it seems to do the job as i get very few calls now.

Jusy had a call from these people. Lots of giggling, I heard someone in the background say "and do you still have a garage attached to the property?" more giggling then someone else say "just f@@k off then you mong" then hang up. It sounded like a load of school girls.

I have been receiving silent calls from this number for about a week.

Said they had been advertising in our area and would like to ask a few questions, told them I was TPS they hung up

Im ex directory yet this company called and when i asked how they got my number,they said its in phone book which is alot of nonsense cos i aint in phone book and on tps

Called at 14:52 on Sunday. Frequent missed calls from this number.

I didnt answer-im ex-directory, and im getting random calls from surveying companies (supposedly weatherseal according to ppl on here) or calls from scam artists pretending they can fix my pc calling from india or africa! Other times, I get a 'ding' then a robot 'goodbye' female voice (which I think is a computer calling me to try and find out when Im normally in the house, so I can get future surveying or scam calls)!


I havent had any heavy breathing similar to the first post on here yet. Im almost disappointed. LOLOLOLOL!!

i get at least 7-9 calls per week but do not answer them.

The best way to stop this type of call is to tell them it's a rented property.
Works every time.

Called just there - hung up when answered - like many posters am on TPS - problem is if the call originates from a call centre outwith UK they are not held to account for it - only UK companies calling from UK are bound by it i believe. :(

I've had six calls within a week from this company, despite being ex-directory and TPS-registered.  Each time, the call has come from a withheld number, and on each occasion the caller has addressed me by name (so it clearly isn't a random call).  I asked the callers where they got my details from, because I never give permission for my details to be used for marketing purposes or passed on to third parties.  None of them have been able to answer my question, so each time I asked to speak to someone who could.  I was put on hold for about ten minutes and then cut off.  I've complained to TPS twice about them and also twice to the company directly, but to no avail.

I am ex-directory and regularly get calls from this and other similar numbers plus ones from international callers. My answer was to get a caller recognition phone, then simply look at whose calling answer if recognised if not just lift and replace handset.

They have called on several occasions - Weatherseal.   I don't know how they got the number as it is unregistered.

2 calls from this number in the space of 90 minutes. First time the caller was stopped in her tracks & told to remove our number from their system. I didn't even give her an opportunity to tell me anything about the company. She left the call in an obvious huff, her ability to remain professional when faced with a disgruntled call recipient blatantly obvious. When the next call came my partner spoke with the caller and her line manager Amanda Brown. Ms Brown did her best to fob us off claiming it wasn't their fault as the calls are made through an automated dialler. What a load of rubbish, the numbers have to come from a database somewhere. A letter of complaint will be winging its way to hermanager Amanda Docherty & company director Tony Reilly. TSP complaint already lodged but if all else fails the whistle will be coming out the drawer. Let's see how they like getting ear ache for a change! Weatherseal, if I ever have the desire to purchase windows & doors, which I won't as mine are brand new, I would never consider your company as your a bunch of crooks.

3.15 call from this number. Claimed to be conducting market research for Weatherseal. Told her I was with TPS and ex-dir. She said I would have to hold on and speak to her manager to get my number removed and it would take a "few minutes". I said that was alright, I would just report their number as a nuisance call. There are regular calls from this number at various times of day. Their automatic diallers should automatically omit numbers which are both ex-dir and TPS.

All these company's should be put out of business and should not be aloud to open up a new one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
