- Fed upGetting fed up of having to ignore my own phone. Can't they get the message that I don't want to talk to people who call unsolicited. How can I stop them, I'm already registered with tps.
- Doc Rich replies to ETHave you ever heard of the TPS?
Why do you call TPS registered numbers? - DavidSame as everyone else, silence then the usual PPI guff. Pressing 5 or 9 only confirms to them that you listened to the whole message, expect to go to the top of their auto-dialler list :-(
- A.CJust got called from this number. Yet another to save as "IGNORE". I'm having to delete numbers from my contact list to keep doing this. I now have 37 of my 100 saved numbers listed as IGNORE. Ridiculous!
I hate to think how bad it would be if I wasn't on the TPS register. - PapaHotelPark Lane Services, formerly First Step Debt Elimination (among others), operates from Fuengirola, Cost del Sol. They've moved on from the timeshare sales, bogus escort agencies and "debt-wiping" scams exposed by Operation Troy in 2010.
They also operate as Purple Pig Claims with a Sunderland address, which is probably just a mail drop to pretend they're in the UK (unless someone else knows better...).- Caller: Park Lane Services

- Scott W.Got a call from this number this morning. Silent at their end on answer, so I hung up.

- John!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Scam scam scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beware of this number or any other [***] scammer that wants to give you cash, it just doesn't happen.
!!!!!!!!Always have your wits about you when any unknown number calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stay safe. - DebzTwo nuisance calls today! When will the phone company do something about it. I would like to give up my landline and just use a mobile - changing my number when it is found out by these scammers!
- NotTodayThanksThese scammers called me today; Automated message from "Park Lane something or other" "about your PPI"
SCAM - hang up on them, do NOT press any buttons on your phone, or they will note you as a sucker and the number of calls will increase.- Caller: Park Lane Services

- AnonymousAutomated call, Park Lane Services. PPI parasites, ignoring TPS.
- Caller: Park Lane Services
- NormaYet another automated call! Silent calls and calls from thermal energy companies, PPI and the computer fraud scam are driving me mad just now. They ignore TPS but are having to leave their number as we have unknown number reject, so at least I can report them. I believe, unfortunately there is nothing they can do if the calls originate abroad. I am loathe to change our number as it would be difficult for elderly relatives and I have had several old friends phone out of the blue recently.

- mickey mousewhy is BT allowing thes scam calls they are worse than the scammers Rip OFF Merchants they do nothing but keeping putting up charges but will not protect customers.
- GordonOfcom really need to stop this kind of rubbish.
I'm TPS registered yet companies like this can call and play a stupid automated message before you get the chance to speak to anyone about their bad practise.
It disturbed my day, I suffer with bad COPD and was already feeling very down with the hot weather affecting my breathing. But, I was expecting a call from the hospital so picked up and got this garbage.
Unsolicited, so reported to TPS. Ofcom need to put tighter controls on companies using automated diallers, which seem to call every number in sequence, one after another, without any regard for TPS.
On top of which, there's no way I would trust a bunch of cold calling cowboys to handle a PPI claim, then take 25% or more of the payout - I've already done my own!- Caller: Park Lane Services
- BaldrickI had a call from this number to 24 May 2012 - yet another nuisance call
- Willie the mackemi always check the callers numberr before answering. If I don't recognise the number I don't answer, being of the opinion that it if was important they would ring again.0845 numbers are usually advertisers or cons.
