this company keeps calling us and leaving us a message, continually, we think its possibly because our daughter holli nelson hasn't been paying her 3 phone account, She hasn't been living here for 5 months and although she is alive and well, we don't know her whereabouts! We are not responsible for her debts as she is nearly 19 yrs old and is responsible for herself, it's her contract not ours. We have explained this to 3, why don't they just contact HER, on her original contract number, what could be more simple?? We just want to be left alone as we will not be paying this bill for her, not our problem !!

While putting 3 onto my reject call list (after numerous calls from them and getting nowhere, then from ADT, the same) I accidentally placed another number onto this list. Want to remove numbers from this list? Go to:
Settings>Application Settings>Call>All calls>Auto reject>here you can delete the numbers you want to remove from your reject list.  Simple when you know how.
 It's taken me hours to find this.  Hope it saves many others time better spent elsewhere.  xxxx

I'm getting 3 calls a day from ATD. I have no idea who they are or why they are calling. They want me to call them back on a premium rate number. No chance.

ATD just rang...again....lol....threatened to take court proceedings as well as continuing to ring me every day.  Said they are allowed to ring up to 3 times a day...why would you?  As far as I am concerned we terminated the account in Jan., paid for 3months up front to do this but they say account is still active.  Blaming me for not checking...well...they cashed the cheque, maybe I was naïve and should have checked.  We just seem to be going round in circles, they just won't listen.  When I told them to put in writing what they wanted they said they already had and that I had ignored it!!  I have NOT had any written paperwork from them which is suspicious as ATD only just started to ring me this week, Mon Or Tues. Are they ATD or 3 trying to intimidate?  I've had nothing in writing from 3 either.

Please stop calling me I do not have an account with 3 mobile. I have asked you politely on very many occasions,I am sick to death with you pestering me about an account I know nothing about.

Jan, you're a fud-[***], not as bad as ATD tho.  ATD harassment of folk needs to be dealt with by regulatory authorities. They are a joke.

I've just had a blazing row with these guys and hung up on them. I fell behind with a phone payment and made the payment directly to 3 yesterday so when ATD rang I picked it up to tell them. The guy tried to say I hadn't paid, then that it would take 5 days for it to clear but wanted me to pay about £29 then and there. When I told him that I'd speak to 3 directly he told me that they'd only tell me to speak to them.... and then started to go off on one again so I hung up.

Spoke to 3. They saw my payment and that I'm up-to-date. All I can say is ATD better not ring again. It's total harassment. They phone about 3 time a day every day even at weekends and outside the times that they are supposedly open. They have no right to bully anyone and should be reported for such harassment.

I spoke to them today after being bombarded by calls.

I do owe Three the money, but can't pay them until Friday- these guys wouldn't accept that, wanted to take a third party payment, asked why I couldn't pay and when I said I couldn't afford it they wanted to know why I couldn't.

They then told me they'd be putting £150 charges on if I didn't pay today, along with threats about my credit rating etc etc etc, so I told them to 'go forth and multiply' and put the phone down.

I only owe £59!!

I get calls from this company up to 3 times a day, they keep asking for more money each time. And never give me a name they threaten me and when I agree on a small payment they then give me a threat that I will be getting more calls in 2 days as the payment I made was not enough!

I have half a dozen calls a day from them at least. if its the same number that called previously i told them to stop harassing me or i would take legal action against them for that since it has been non stop. Next time they call i will answer it with The Adult shop can i help? Pests no other polite word does them justice

I have now had 119 calls from this MOB, and they have also managed to block up my answer phone.
They have continually broken all laws, and having checked them, they are also continuing to HARASS  me

They are breaking all conventions, to think I would ever give personal details to a crooked company from INDIA who do not even have a Consumer Credit number is beyond believe

Seven phone calls in 3 hours this morning.........I have informed the police

we have had dozens of calls from a call centre in India who wish to speak to my step son ( who does not live here) regarding his mobile broadband account which has lapsed a long time ago. They are very rude and insistent despite being reported to OFCOM. They gave the number 08453550306 to call and a reference but this is nowhere to be found on the 3 website. A boiler room scam???

A futher 15 calls in 4 days, and they also managed to block up my answerphone with another 10 recorded calls from some Scottish lady...lol
Both OFCOM and the police are now on the case.........................................

Just 4 messages from this MOB today after we had a day out LOL

Great they have now totally broken all laws, last phone call at 9.01 this evening, and 7 others in one day.
Be aware this MOB are INDIAN fraudsters...

Massive result with these thugs, OFCOM and the police are investigating them.

Just received a call at 8.45pm from this company. They left voicemail saying they are open from 9am to 6pm!
