I was shocked to see soo many people are being hounded by this number, and all cases are almost identical. We all have disputes with 3, and they can not be [***] to help us, they just send some company (not even registered) to try and collect money they are NOT entitled to.

3 gave called me every day saying i owed them over £45 none of my bill have ever been over £20 they will not provide me with an itemized bill as to what i owe them for my contract expired before xmas and my last bill was paid in full and on time! they waste time and cant answer even simple questions i believe they are dishonest and refuse to give them any details!

they have been calling me for an outstanding balance but won't leave a message and call late at night when im putting kids to bed, 3 also didnt inform me first that i was being passed to these people, i got a bill and then suddenly these people are calling me. if its important, id like them to leave a msg, i dont answer o845 no.s as they usually just hound me.

The people from this number have been phoning since the past four months, I have told them many times that I am not interested in what they want to sell me however, they disregard this and still continue to phone me.

please help to stop these people from harassing me with their phone calls

they constantly call my mobile number harassing me! i now use a different 4ne number and hae left an answer machine on my old number, wich comes on and says welcome to the mental health hotline!! ha thank you for the free lap top 3. thats what happens when you harass ure customers. now they will never see a penny of what i owe them!!!!!!!!

i keep having calls off this number what they are is something completly wrong i can tell you when they open when they close and even where they are they do harass you to get money out of you...
They open at 9 in the morning til 8 if they ring you you get an indian on the other end and if you ring them you get somone scottish on the phone.

ATD are a debt collection agency for Hutchison 3G UK Ltd and harass debtors by continually calling them and trying to verify your identity. If you ask them to stop calling and tell them that you regard the phone calls to be harassment, they can be committing an offence in accordance with the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

The 3 debt people????? we have try so many time to sort out the prolems with ATD. that my wife is now under the doctor, we have had threats, the phone put down on us, rude, inconsiderate, bad mannered, my advice to anyone who as this prolem, ignore them as there are in India... ( AND MOST OF THEM ARE PUNKAWALLERS)...

had two contracts on 3 network, one for 18 months and one for 1 year. when i was in my second 18 month contract with 3 i rang to explain that due to my circumstances I now couldnt afford to pay the high contract price for both the phones i asked for the contracts to be changed to a lower price plan, they refused to do it. I then asked for them to be cancelled and three refused to do this. This left me in a difficult situation. I had an arrangement with 3 in the end they decided to allow me to pay a reduced amount and they dissconected the phones.they then decided to pass one of the contracts to ATD when i was still paying it. they said ATD was an independant debt collection agency and that from now on i had to pay them and not 3. they gave me the number for ATD. obviously being worry i telephoned them and arranged to make payments every month to them. they rang me within the first two months  every day 4 - 5 times a day.  to ask for more payments even though i have kept to my aggreement, in the end i have told them i will pay it when they send me a bill or invoice with ATD name and address on the bill. They tell me they dont issue paper work and its all gone into one big argument. They ring up demanding money threatening to take me to court. I watched Watchdog some time ago, they were taking about a company called lowell portfolio who were also demanding money for 3 network. they said on watch dog if a debt company contacts you for money they have to send you a bill or invoice or letter with their name and address on it stating what the bill is for. they said if you dont get the paperwork dont part with any money.I have asked for paperwork and they just hang up. then they ring up again demanding money, they get very nasty, trying to convince you that they have the power and you are in the wrong, they are threating, bad mannered, and say their calls are recorded but if you ask for call log numbers they hang up.They just add money to the bill when you are trying to pay it and i think they are a bunch of cowboys. I have decided to now wait for a paper bill from ATD who want the money as 3 network say i cant pay them so i will just wait. i make a note of all the calls i recieve and who spoke to me and what they say. If they ring up just hang up on them i will from now on.

just had yet another call from these 'charming' people.  Can I speak to (my husband) I said hes not here at the moment hes at the hospital - oh no whats happened is he ok - I said who are you - I'm his friend came the answer, I wouldnt have his number otherwise.  I then realised who it was calling and they got really stroppy , husband arrived home then and I told the charmer this - he hung up !  

They have been calling several times a day and hanging up, I dont play silly games with them.

Oh dear - they rang again at lunchtime today, but before I was ready to hand the phone over to my husband I quoted the 1997 Act and the fact that they were contravening it.  I also told them I did not like liars ringing me and wanted an apology .  The little oik hung up.  5 minutes ago another littler herbert rang so I quoted the act again and that they were being monitored , with times and duration of every single call being logged.   Oh I am sooooo sorry, I will make sure you never have another call again.  I thanked them and I hung up.  Went to use the phone just after that and WELL - of course I would never get another call - not until THEY terminated the call at their end.  So I spoke - telling them that to deliberately block a persons phone in this manner was also illegal and contravening the 1997 Act and that they had 3 seconds to terminate the call or a whistle would be blown down it.

Funny that - the call  ended!

getting at least 3 silent calls a day from this number.

I have no contract with 3 and never have. I have a PAYG with Orange. My home number is ex-directory and I never give it out. I don't have any outstanding debts, yet this company calls me 6 or so times a day.
Either the line is dead, or it's an Indian voice asking for a made up name. I have told them not to call and that it is a private number, yet it continues. It's driving me mad.

Same thing, they ask for password for security confirmation
I reply "so how do i know who you are"
Although i know very well who they are, she replies "if you tell me the password i can give you some personal information so you know i am calling from 3"
I tell her "well it'll be too late then and anybody would then have access to my account"

a bit more back and forth and she gave up. lol

Was going to ask her to marry me.

Go to youtube for many more ways to annoy these people, don't let em get you down, always answer, they can't get you down the phone, even if you say nothing, just squeak, turn it round, have some fun

Dont no why they are calling me but it is the same as other case's they are looking for a random person and i told them to stop calling just have to wait and se if they carry on.

similar story to many others. Ongoing dispute with 3 since I cancelled my last of 3 contracts with them (mine and two children) due to prior poor customer service problems (and mis-sold last contract).  Just because I dind't ask for a PAC code (wanted a change in telephone number!) they have said I didn't (give 30 days notice to) cancel my contract. So when I rung up to confirm my contract had ended they said no and have refused to take any notice ever since. Written complaints were ignored. Bills are mounting, further phone complaints not responded to and now I have ADT debt collectors on my back, when their own code says they must resolve a complaint within 12 weeks before I can take any further action myself via Otelo.  Otelo will not step in yet either until 12 weeks are through (soon!).  They told me, however, to also complain in writing to:

Needless to say my wife cancelled her contract as well as soon as it started all over again with them.  Strangely she had no issues cancelling and all paid up and buried thank goodness!

No problems with O2, always speak to someone that understands me and I always understand them!

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from the number above, asking to speak to my ex-husband, I told an extremely rude and insisting man on the other side of the line that my ex husband has not lived here for months and to refrain from ringing this number again.
The man in question is not only rude, but an idiot and very slow to catch on as he keeps ringing my number, I might have to go to the police to find out if they can do something about it.

...ATD still calling me even though 3 said they have now recognised my complaint and withdrawn all outstanding charges after I told them they break their own code of 12 weeks max. complaint resolution and that Otelo would step in immediately.
