My problems with britannia law started about 10 month ago now, weve had the threats of bailiffs, vile phone calls and the pathetic N1 form, after seeing this site we just ignored them and now havent heard a thing from them for months.
we did take ourselves off the telemarketing list which helped and is really easy to do.This means it would be a offence for britannia law to phone us.

We've also got a small business constantly getting harrassed by Britannia Law, the latest installment in the saga is someone called (or calling themselves) Gerald claiming to be a bailif coming to sieze goods from our premisis unless we paid the so called debt immediately. His mobile number incase he calls any of you is 07570 215 760.

Needless to say he didn't turn up as he insisted he was going to, just another feeble attempt by these fools to get us to pay up I guess.

LIKE ALREADY SAID, IF ANYONE HAS JUST ARIVED AT THIS SITE.... BRITANNIA LAW IS A SCAM DO NOT PAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

i used to work at brittania law, they are constantly changing their business premises to avoid people that they have scammed but this time they have left due to non payment of rent on their office on poulton drive, i hope this information is useful to yourselves and i will keep in touch when i get their new address

and by the way proctor law, brittania law and mclaren and fitch are all the same company running under different names :)

Just a quick one.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for taking so much time out of your busy fun filled days to post your thoughts on this site. I can confirm Britannia Law no longer sells any service and anyone who have paid us any fee shall receive a party bag complete with colouring book, felt tip pens and a party popper. Those of you that declined to pay our fees shall not be so fortunate, you shall simply receive a certificate to confirm you passed this test with distinction. Well done to all you graduates and happy colouring to everyone else.

Oh and before i forget due to Britannia Law not quite seeing its 1st birthday you will only all recieve any cake once one of our 15 new companies does.

None or your new companies will reach their first birthday either  not now we've all got your names, adresses and face book pictures, so just keep looking over ur shoulder as you will be getting a visit when you least expect it .

I do not think for one minute this is britannia law. I think they are long gone, i tried the number this morning and it was dead. They will be busy doing this somewhere else not attracting attention to themselves on here. Our time needs to be spent locating all these rip off business rates companies and there are thousands, and get them all a forum each on here. We will be guaranteed to get them on here again if we do that. These peoples names wont appear again on any business rate company and I would be amazed if they would write the above. Lets Hunt!

That will be an employee they havent taken with them or something thinking there causing the company problems. The fact is they are simply trivializing this highly thought of forum. Do not bite lets be sensible.

Blimey!  its all kicking off in here! I'm just saddened it has come to a bit of a cat fight.... But i'm delighted to be part of a group of lovely people who managed to close down Britannia Law Limited, and saved a lot of hard working and honest business people going through what we went through.

But as has been pointed out, they will only surface under new names..perhaps we could start a new forum called Business Rate Scams? then if enough people contribute it will hit the top of Google's search engine..?  Just trying to think of a way of stopping them ever prying on the innocent and honest.

i definately agree, as soon as i get on my home computer thats exactly what im going to do! please post any links of any made on this site, so we can all comment and share :)
