Possibly a copyright infringement?

When i asked them for a vat number as there invoice's dont have one i checked the vat number they emailed me it turned out to be proctor laws vat number so i contacted HM revenue and customs and it turns out they do not have a vat number and fraudulantly gave me proctor lwas number who are doing the same scam with the same bunch of muppets as both of these companys were registered in the summer of 2011 and both to house addresses as you can see from google street maps also proctor law have a different address for there vat number to there company reg number!!
when are these thickets going to give it up trying this nasty scam if they had a braincell between the two companys they would realise they are just scumbags!

The people behind this scam are not very intelligent at all, infact I doubt they could get a decent above board job due to their obvious lack of brain cells.

I got the exact problem with Britannia law as you people. I tried to ignore them, but now they sent me a copy of N1 form. Shall I continue to ignore this or this time to see my solicitor? please advise. has anybody been sued?

Hi. Im a employee of Proctor Law Ltd. I have had this website bought to our attention by one of our customers. We would like to stress we are in no way linked to a company called Brittania Law and do not have a Pete White working for ourselves. He posted a job advert on Facebook for our sales manager but that is the level of his dealings with our company. Also, P BOAST, could you please forward us a copy of the email sent in which our VAT number was given to yourself as we would like to investigate this ourselves. Im not here to engage in arguments or debates with anybody, we understand you all have your arguments with Brittania Law but we dont wish to have our name dragged through the mud because of the actions of another company.

Lee, don't in anyway worry about the Britannia Law Limited court threat. Nothing will come of it so just consider the matter closed.

Stop thinking we’re a bunch of un-educated people similar to yourselves, as you’re very much mistaken!

Terry we have never denied knowledge of a company called Brittannia Law. We know they exist but we have no dealings with them. Like yourselves we now have an issue if our company VAT number is being given to Brittannia Law customers as we are a totally seperate entity and we deliver everything we say we will deliver on our conversations with people.

Like I said on my previous post, if P BOAST does infact have a genuine email from Brittannia Law supplying our VAT number could it please be forwarded on to ourselves. That is all we ask so we can then report this through the relevant channels.

Hopefully you can appreciate without evidence we cannot report them.

Seems to me JW that you’re attempting to give the impression of a genuine entity trying to defend yourselves against Britannia Law Limited in order to maintain ongoing sales, using the pretence of claiming a document from a user on here!

Where the reality actually is that you operate the same scam as Britannia Law Limited and it’s only a matter of time until there is a thread on this site similar to this one regarding your company!

Glad to see this great forum is still going... I am getting a lot of requests for a copy of the solicitors letter which I am delighted to forward to anyone who is feeling threatened by Britannia Law Limited.  I have now sent out almost 30 !!  I'd love to hear back from some of them to see what happened.

I have no doubt there will be new threads starting all over this site, as new companies are starting up on a near daily basis, well.... it is money for old rope!

By the way, is anyone getting calls from Microsoft? telling you to go to your computer as there is a very serious and dangerous virus there, they will try to get you to type in a load of details and that in turn lets them into your computer and they can access everything, including Bank Accounts!

I had paid mclaren and fitch over £400 to reduce my business rates last year, I tried calling them and the number is no longer in service, i checked on the company director register and the director was Andrew Nally.
Is there any way I can get hold of this little wimp?
