Im not so sure its all about falling for this vile con, i think many people are just bullied into paying, if i hadnt found this site maybe id of payed just to stop the constant abuse.Either way knowledge is power and im grateful that i found out that i wasnt alone before it was to late,  these idiots will never get a penny from me!

Hi all. well wish i would have found this earlier. i payed Britannia Law over £450 on the promis that they would be able to get me a tax rebate along with a good future reduction on my rates, all looked good so i though it was worth the money, however... it has ended up that is was not a NO WIN NO FEE claim, the fee was payable if the veluation office acknowlage there is a case. i still paid.
However, Britannia law now have a diferent web address than specified on there answering machine and no one is ever there to pick up the phone. where have they gone?

I have spoken to my lacal valuation office and they had put in a claim for reduced rates, but it looks like they wont be there to see it through.
Has anyone spoken to someone from Britannia Law in the last 2 weeks?

Have they gone bust? there detail are still active with companies house.

I think we should open another forum called Proctor Law...  I am getting a lot of emails now  from people experiencing the same problems as Britannia Law.  I might just cut and paste all these comments and put them on the new one!!

Worried about this but greatful for the mags on here as I now know its a scam otherwise I woul of been tempting to pay! These people need to be fined themselves!
