as seen on Companies House this is the correct address

The registered address for this company has recently been changed in that case, I guess it's not too healthy for your public profile to have your address splashed around all over the internet on sites like this. Especially when it discredits your MASSSSIIVVVVEEEEE company which is really nothing more than a few kids trying to pull a fast one!

I saw pictures of both addresses on the google maps and I agree ,how seedy they both look

Thank you so much for taking the time to contribute to this forum, you have certainly put a lot of work into it, and confirmed what I think we are all starting to feel on here... Britannia Law are not what they would have us believe.. You say you have had experience of this type of scam, could you elaborate a little ?
I went to the solicitors today, and after he stopped laughing at the N1 form (where it states the cost of solicitors fees which are added to the original fee is £480.00..)  He has written to Britannia Law so I await their reply... I did suggest that he wouldn't receive a reply as none of us have! Mind you, if they keep changing addresses then the chances of anyone tracking them down is unlikely...

John, ask them to forward a copy of the document you are supposed to have signed as the Citizens Advice Bureau volunteer solicitor looking into this for you needs to see it.

We have also been doing some searching and come up with the domain name BritanniaLaw.com the website on all the correspondence.It has been registered and bought (but is inactive) under the name of David White and there is an administrator phone number 07787573502 plus a possible e-mail address britannialaw@email.com.

Indeed.  That fleapit is most unlikely to be the real home of Ms Amy BAINBRIDGE, sole director of the multi-million pound outfit Britannia Law Ltd.

It's almost certainly a maildrop address. A ruse to disguise the true whereabouts of Amy BAINBRIDGE.

Has anyone run Amy BAINBRIDGE through the electoral register yet?  

Where did BAINBRIDGE surface from?
Is she UK domiciled?
A UK subject?
If and when we serve some court summons on her, is BAINBRIDGE likely to ascond and slither overseas?

Can i just say i run a salon and had a phone call from this company around the middle of last year. They told me i had been over estimated on my business rates and said they would get them reduced. I to thought i wouldn't be paying any fees until the work was done and was a little threw back when a couple of weeks later i received an invoice. I spoke to a man on the phone (i called the number above) he explained that i had entered into a verble contact on the telephone and played back a recording. i was aware that i had number of days to cancel but i didn't. I did pay the fees to Britannia law, though i was feeling uneasy. my appeal was Agreed the end of November last year. I did in fact have my rates reduced (no rebate though) although i paid  just under £480 to Britannia law, i have made a saving on my Business rates as now i am entitled to more business relief. All i can say is for me. they did exactly what they said on the tin (excuse the pun) Good luck all hope you outcomes are in your favour.

just had a phone call from a guy from britannia law saying all about me and val,he called you mrs farnall, ...some garbage about recording the call,which of course they wont edit,thats a laugh,apparently we are breaking the data protection act blah blah blah ,because of what we post on here.I said ill take my chances in court.then another call from a mr david white from brittania law ltd .after i asked his name i said thankyou,goodbye and hung up,I think the first guy said his name was dene thomson from accounts

and another from david white saying i am a foolish lady  .I AGAIN REMINDED HIM ABOU EDITING CALLS i dont want to speak to them and hung up

I am very tired of all this harassment, I have also contacted WatchDog, I urge everyone to do the same please. This is clearly a fraud, needs to be stopped, named and shamed.

Yes.I am in total agreement.They should be exposed. I will also get on to watchdog.PLEASE DO THE SAME EVERYONE.Lets stop this happening to other people as well as us.
