I just thought |I'd try to Google the number and didn't know about this site til this morning

The Company Interim (I think) phone me Sat, Sun around 10.30am and this morning and f**king 8am !!! Yeah that's handy when I', trying to sort out a 5 week old baby and a 4 year old

I have ignored the calls and might maybe pick it up later, if its that important why don't they leave a message

they keep harassing my brother about me, i dont know who this company is and i havent had any credit from this company,

Receiving the call every day twice in the morning and evening. When trying to answer no one answers. I am really fed up withthis guys. Even they wont leave a message on my mobile when they call me.

I would say that this number should be barred from making any calls and their line should be cut off.

Anyone know how to get rid of them??
We keep getting them calling but will only speak to one person, if they don't get who they want they hang up!!

2 calls a day, they accused me of being rude, everytime they called, so i said 'don't call then!' I owe NOTHING to these people, i have never heard of them or the company they represent!! But the guy scouser on the other said 'yeah you do'.  Have taken to hanging up on them now. They will NEVER get any money off me!!

For over 3 years this number has called me looking for Linda Gordon, there was 2 years when I didn't get any calls then to my horror they rang last month and like clock work the BAST@RDS haven't left me alone, I don't know a Linda Gordon (I've obviously explained that) I've asked to be removed from their contact list, been reassured that this has happened only to get a call the next day.  I HATE them, they make me have panic attacks, I have contacted WatchDog and hope they get busted, they are disgusting people and their company should jump on the 'gone into administration' bandwagon. I think I might go mental if they call me one more time.

Very short conversation. Asked for the first line of my address and when I questioned who was this they hung up. He said he was calling from interim....something. Very rude and I was immediately suspicious.

I got a call today, someone stating they are calling from ebay,  i am house sitting my sister as she is in hospital.  This seems to be the same number  intrum justia, are they pretending to be another company too?

I keep getting these annoying phone calls too,  very rude and scouse sounding.  Ask for first line of the address and post code?  I stated don't know the post code.  He stated from a different company but definitely scouse accent same number too

They rang me asking me to confirm my address saying they are EBAY. LAD on other end of line didnt sound too nice or into public relations.

If you are on BT I think they get your number from your I.P address.

Intrum Justica are based in Speke, Liverpool, The landline number is Tel:  0151 472 7155 - DO NOT call their 0870 number back as it will cost you £££££.

Part of their plan is to harrass you till you call them on 0870.

Nat West and RBS are now their clients too, and as we are all NOW aware, these worthless greedy individuals are not happy taking our hard earned cash as Interest ie, "commission" they now employ Intrum scally's to do the dirty work for them.

TOP TIP. Ring them , give your reference and hang up, They will call you back at their cost, NOT yours.. keep them on and then at the end of the call, explain you have a "TRIG" on your line for their number and their call has just cost them and Intrum £20 per second and it will probobly be deducted from their wages.

I have just been looking back at comments early part of 2008. and this below is from a guy who works at Intrum Justica. Hope it is of help to you guys who are having to deal with these "people?" (If you look back this was posted in May 2008.)

Hi folks, i have worked for intrum justicia for a while now in their main call centre which is based in liverpool. Intrum Justicia UK is part of the bigger parent company IJ from sweden, its been around for approx 35 years doing dusiness with various clients. A lot of the problem speople have with intrum are to do with the dialer system, this is the computer system that calls customers "debtors", its badly outdated and extreemly overloaded and ccan have attrocious delays when people aswer the phone, hence the reason some people think that we have hung up on them when we are still waiting to make the call. Personally i think the training that IJ provide is very pushy towards th poeple we phone, i know their a business but i would rather talk to someone and solve a problem out with a customer rather than in the training "demand payment if no solution terminate call" thats the major downfall with the training. regarding personal information. dependant on the client i.e british gas, ebay, paypal, natwest ect, our computer system have your personal data securred but the reason we ask people we phone who they are is to confirm the data protection act, this is because we are not allowed to discuss financial information with someone who claimed to be someone else, si the first line of address and postcode is needed to make sure we are talking to the right person, intrum doesnt need any other personal details to confrim who you are and if you are asked simply refuse as it is not needed for dpa. A lot of the call centre staff are extreemly overloaded with work as there are 800 phone systems with 490 staff, the call centre is so utterly undermanned it does not suprise me that some of the staff who i work with get ratty, also if you know you dont owe anything just send that proof into ij and the phone calls normally stop also the main reason for excessive frequency of calls is based on the outdated computer system that handles the calls, als if you are really un happy with them and want them to stop calling just ask for their team leader, 1 in every 5 calls is monitored so be persistant. im sorry on behalf of the team i work in in ij for the problems you folks have been having but with the staff so overworked computer systems so outdated and training so poor what can you expect

They are hounding my phone for a person that does not live here... I ignore their calls because i have caller display... there is also a second number they have been calling me off... 08703338020 so be ware. I have been in touch with BT and they have put the number on their right to refuse list so i will not recieve any more from them for a month... if it carries on agaoin after that i will put them on for another month!!! I am not having these b*st*rds ringing me up with all their attitude anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

ALSO i would like to add if more people complain to their phone service maybe we can have something done about this!!

I HAD THE PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.WOMEN ASKED ABOUT MY HUSBEND.I HAVE ASKED WHO SPEAKING,SHE SAID IT IS NOT YOUR BUSINES.CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT????????

They have been phoning me apparently on the behalf of paypal.
They often ask if I am me then hang up.
This has been going on for over 2 years now. Ever since I had someone con me on ebay and steal money from my paypal account.
IJ want me to pay them the money that was stolen from me!
There is a criminal case against the people who conned me and I think there should be one against these people as well.
I will try and have them barred from calling.
