very stupid people only [***] calls asking me to pay £ 1500 for a business account really anoyed and threatning me

I have started to be contacted by these people, who were looking for someone at my previous address. Waste of time speaking to these people as they dont take any notice and if you write, funnily enough they do not receive your letters !!

Blowing a really loud whistle down the phone at IJ every time they phone WORKS. IJ will get the message and STOP harrassing you all - it worked for me.

Three or four calls a week - usually just goes dead.  I suspect they are using an autodialler but don't have the staff to deal with the calls it makes - so it calls and then drops the call if there is no agent to take it at their end.  The one time they did actually speak to me they were very aggressive, demanding I pay money immediately on a debt I don't have and threatening that 'legal action will stay on your credit file for ever - you'll never get credit or a mortgage again so just pay this NOW'.

These people call at least 4 times a day! Even on sundays!! Bloody rude people, they just call and ask for a name, then hang up the phone. We should all write to watchdog UK and report them. They are cowards!!

This number does belong to Intrum Justicia they are a very agressive debt collection agancy and although we don't owe them any money we gat about 5 calls per week from this company.

I am so sick of being hassled at home that I have decided to find Owen James personal numbers and post them on the net so that on a specific date everyone who wishes to can call him and call him and just keep calling him so that he can appreciate the actions of this company.

Don't cry when these 'B's call you simply hang up and have a good laugh, no matter what they say to you they have no legal power what so ever, their threats are empty words, not very nice, but still empty. They can not do a thing to you, don't waste your timne arguing with them just hang up the phone and sit back laughing. do the same with any mail they may send you bin it unopened or shred it.
They depend on your fear and you thinking people will call on you etc,dont worry they wont because these people cant do what the may threaten.
These people buy your original debt in a block of thousands for approx 3p to 22p in the (£) pound, they then contact the poor sucker whose number they've got, ie: Yours.
Then they pester you with all manner of threats.
Things to bear in mind;
1:These disgusting people are not collecting the debt for the original company you owed the money to, that company has effectively given up on your debt and sold it on at a loss to these cockroaches.
2:The low life scum at interim jusica have no legal authority of any kind and can not touch you in any way, forget them, hang up the phone and have a cup of tea, do not let them stress you out.
3:Don't let them spook you in to paying any amount of money to them that money only goes to interim justica nobody else will see any part of it & certainly not anycompany you think you may owe the money to.
Interim justica do not collect money on behalf of the compay you owe, they collect it only for interim justica.
If you do choose to pay them anything you are giving them the support to carry on threatening others in the same way you have been abused.
Do not be scared of them, do not pay them a penny, hang up and bin their letters, do not speak to them, Have a laugh and a drink.If you all do this this site will be rid of Interim Justica victims.

They had been phonin me 3 times a day previously, lookin for a woman called Hannah! They assume that as soon as they hear a female voice that you are that person. I managed to get in contact with the head of department eventually. She was very apolgetic and quickly removed my number.
They then called me yesturday!(a sunday of all days!) after about 6 months of not hearin from them. I contacted them on 0151 473 2626 this morning and woman was a complete cow and told me they have only EVER phoned me once and that it was obviously my mistake!
They got a bloody cheek!

They are claiming to be from the Dept of Health and Pensions!

Is this deception not a crime?

Interim Justicia have been harrasing me for a debt i do not owe. I refused to have anything to do with them and i have now received a letter from FACE TO FACE dept collections threatening to come to my home to collect the money for Interim Justicia. Anybody heard of them ? Or got any idea how i deal with them ? I do not have a debt and can prove it.

Just had my first call from these clowns. I picked up & first off they asked for me (Giving My Name) mistakenly I replied "Speaking" He introduced his company as Interim Justica & said he was calling on behalf of EBay. He then asked could i confirm my address to which i told him i dont give out such information to anyone, He abruptly mumbled a few words which i didnt catch, then he hung up. I was a little stunned and as i happened to be on the internet at the time i began google searching & stumbled accross this site aswell as plenty of other consumer groups, Having read public opinion on these muppets im expecting to begin recieving regular calls from them, I do regret confirming my name but after reading that they have no legs to stand on regarding any debts I will now know how to handle these plonkers. Coming from northen ireland we have no door to door debt collecting agencies over here so if they wanna come knocking, they better be sure to bring an army on the boat with them cause il be waiting.

Next time they ring im gonna ask to speak with a certain Mr Owen James before giving a firm hard blast of the whistle il have ready to go..

They keep calling me, I don't know who they are, but I am glad I found this site.  They don't stop.  I dont have any debts or anything. So I dont know how they got my number.  I am slightly worried about this.  They've been calling for weeks!

These dirty lowlife scum called me 5 times early this morning. When I say early, I mean 2am early!

Caller was female, liverpudlian and sounded as though she was in a nightclub with loud music behind her. Called me and said I owed £10,000 to 'Kays' catalogue. I have never been with Kays and told her to get stuffed. She could hardly speak properly, meaning she was drunk, and threatened to glass me if I didn't give my bank details over the phone. I said I was going to dial 999 soon after I hung up. She started yelling obscenities and I hung up. She proceeded to keep calling consecutively so I unplugged the phone.

Who employs these vermin? I would like to give them a thorough piece of my mind. I do not appreciate minimum wage tramps giving me threats of violence at 2am in the morning!!

Get them ringing up at least twice a day the person differs everytime, Ageetated when you wont comply with them. They say they need my address as a legal requirment?? which is TOTAL BULL!!! the geezer who rings up says he alredi has my address??? which is BS. Josephine - it sounds like your the unfortunate victim of a practical joke. Wouldn't surprise me if IJ staff were out on maybe a hen ngt or a leaving do for that female and your contact details were given to that female for her last chance to abuse and harrass - for a drunken laugh.
