I had a missed call from these yesterday - I've only been here 2 weeks and the phone was only connected 2 days earlier - I've not given the number to anyone apart from close family so I assume they're after someone else (hope so anyway).

I notice that a lot are having problems with aggressive callers/attitudes etc. including veiled threats etc.

these people are idiots! i owe money through ebay, which i admit is my own fault but these idiots have been ringing me since december and i asked them for their contact number so i could pay on payday and they refused to give me the number and said they would ring me.... they ring me then hang up so consequently havent been paid. then i recieve a letter saying they are going to take legal action!

Asking for Michelle who doesn't live at this address. I asked who was calling  pad I think they said 'freestyle' I can't be certain though as it's never a clear line. I've been getting calls almost every day since getting the phone installed in early March, each asking for a different person and each time from a different telephone number - very strange and annoying.

They've been calling me since Novemeber... about Paypal... I owe them £68? Even though I ONCE used papal and the £60 went out of my account.
My credit report is clear but as one of the women who called me was actually quite polite I decided to pay £20 at the end of each month after payday - only if they rang me as I'm not ringing a high rate number.

I paid £8 in Dec and £20 in Jan and then they didn't ring me at the end of Feb. They've rung me this week demanding the whole £40 in 7 days or further action will be taken. It was a different woman and she was very rude... now they keep ringing and hanging up again like they did before I'd made any payments.

It's deffo for paypal as I had emails off of them confirming payment into my paypal account, but they can F' off now and if they're getting any money out of me it'll be 1p a month!

I have had several calls from this number asking to speak to my daughter and when I tell them she isn't in they get shirty and ask when she will be which I then reply I don't know and ask who is calling they just reply that they will call again later and hang up.I would like to know where on earth they have got my number from because any business my daughter does she only supplies her mobile number so I would like to say to them please refrain from ringing me as I will not answer you.

Finally managed to answer a call from these muppets today, background (call centre type) noise, no reply, call dropped.  I'm now considering a very snotty letter as my number has been given to no-one so these numpties would have no reason to contact me!

they have been ringing me and i am getting peeved off with it, they try to be rude...however i am probably more to to them, however, i will be doing something about it if they carry on.

after reading all these comments, i really cannot understand why i am constantly being called by this company. (up to 8 times a day)
i am 17, i am in no debt whatsoever and i dont have an ebay account or anything like that!
everytime i answer they hang up, so i dont have chance to tell them that they must have the wrong number. they call at ridiculous times, and from the above posts.. what they are doing must be illegal ?

Silent call and several missed calls.  Rang number back and recorded message stating it was Interum Jusra and if I had received an important call from them they would call me back.

OK, I've sent them an e-mail saying basically if they were NOT trying to contact someone with my initials (I gave NO personal information whatsoever, other than the number they were ringing) at my postcode could they stop.

Since then, they have (for now at least) - 2 to 3 days ago.

This number keeps calling our home phone at least twice a day, and when we pick up the phone, there is no-one there.  This is most annoying.

keep calling my mums house asking for me, then hanging up or a very rude and aggressive. i have just sent them a nice little email telling them to stop ringing or i will take leagal action.

dont give them the time of day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a note than since my post here (28 March) and e-mail to the company, they have not rung once.  Now I know it is still early days, but certainly encouraging.

abusive call from him ,,asking me about where i use to live did i buy any blinds or carpets ,,i owe 200 quid ,,but when i asked them which company he could not tell me had no details ,,what ever you do dont give them your address or details ,,if your not sure ,,you could always send a cca request ,with following template

Hi all, if any one is being chased up by a debt collection agency send them the following template below, if they cant produce your cca then there is no enforceble debt, never sign your name at the bottom of the letter always print it,as signitures have a habit of being copied if you know what i mean.
always send your request special delivery, this then gives you proof that they have received it,and always use a postal order and not a cheque.

I keep getting these calls from 08703330159 they keep telling me that i owe them money but they cant prove it?! How does that work??
To be fare i havnt got a paypal account and never have. They are very rude and a girl called Laura has also shouted at me so i hung up and now i just dont even bother answering. If they can prove that i owe the money then fare enough but they cant!!!!
So F*** them!!!!!!!!

These people keep calling for my ex husband who has not lived with me for over 6 months now. I have informed them of this but was told by some idiot that they didnt believe me!!! They continuosly call and it is driving me round the bend. The are arrogant and rude people!

they phoned me today an asked for my partner, they also collect debt for dss, my partner offered to pay them £5 a month but they refused said its not enough there loss
