Still heard nothing from IJ since i began blowing a loud whistle down the phone at them. Try it yourself - it worked after 5 harrasing phone calls. They now know im a troublsome whistler HA HA

BT + Sky were brilliant when my partner upd + left 4yrs ago - bills were in his name, SKY + BT just changed it 2 my name. Then IJ began harrasing me via phone + somehow found 2 of my childrens secret numbers that ring differantly 2 mine + the same man would not stop phoning them - ages 9 + 12yrs old. Until i accused him of being a peodo. BT staff must have give him my kiddies number although they denied it + offered 2 change our number. Moved 2 Vigin instead.

I didn't make that comment very clear. Ij were looking 4 my ex - who had left my address ! I was not being persued 4 the SKY + BT debts he was. When the IJ man would phone my daughters up he would ask them about their father - which caused them great distress as he and I had slit and they wanted + missed their dad.

these idiots(woman,age around id calculate 23) called me at 8.30pm at night and was aggressive and tried telling me that i should go make a payment(for water charge arrears) to the nearest RBS,,now.... are you mad i said..! this is my private number..! and you want me to take my 4 year old 4 miles to a bank that inccidently ,is not open,,!  And i slammed the phone down, now they call every day without fail, silence when i pick up ,because i guess a machine calls first, but its not quick enough because i end call, or just click busy tone..

Answer your telephone with a HELLO and let there machine register theres a pick up. A flat unmoving non-personality voice will say either 'can i speak to OR am i speaking to' NOTE that theres much background noise from other phonecalls so you can reassure yourself that it is IJ if you don't have called ID. It is whilst this is happening you would have taken a large intake of breath and quickly blown it in to your cleverly positioned whistle - for full volume.

Swearing is not very nice and probably does not work - IJ are both trained and used to it PLUS your just bringing yourself down to there level.

Intirim Justicia are calling me at least 20 times a day (no joke) about a debt that I cleared in January of this year. They seem to have it in their heads that this debt is infact NOT paid off and that I, somehow, owe them money.

They started calling me last Sunday. They asked to speak with me but the way they asked was very aggressive and rude, so I was having none of it. They are always very rude, aggressive and do not give a [***] whether they are offensive or hurtful in their comments. I had a call come through to me on Monday night at 1:25am. Some young girl calling me from, what sounded like, a nightclub with loud music in the background and lots of talking. She issued me with several threats including threats to beat me up, stab me and set fire to my property. I now sleep with the phone un-plugged and cellphone turned off because If I don't, it is impossible to sleep through the constant phone calls.

I am not going to cave in and pay these vermin a dime if that is what their plan is - 'harass her and she'll cave'. That must be their motto. Despicable human creatures and I am already seeking advice from a lawyer, the police and trading standards. They are simply un-acceptable and need to be sued to teach them a lesson in common courtesy.

I have been plagued by these incivil prats for a few years now, evver since my natwest back decided to use them, they don't listen, call me a liar - even when I have written down details of arrangements communications etc, someone should kick there ass. even after I sent them doctors note for depression and that phone calls stressed me to communicate by mail - did they stop - no!

Thought they had got better but just got a call 'Can I speak to lee jackson?' - 'speaking' - 'they hung up how irritating, grrrrrr let me at 'em

These people are calling my home sometimes 4 times per day. It is a form of torture, found the bar list - added, but I can see how frequently they call until the list is erased. It is intimidating.

Bloody sick of these w--kers phoning me all the time so last week started blowing a whistle at them. Jeessus its work theyve stopped ringing !!!!

I owe Ebay £40. What is the worst that can happen if I don't pay? I have these people calling me now, but if I pay Ebay direct will they continue to call?

Well I owe ebay some money.  My account with them has been suspended.  I've always kept up to date with payments but recently got made redundant.  So I do not appreciate these morons harrassing me.  Sadly for me I do not own a whistle.  However I have something better.  I put them on speaker and then play Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up at full volume.  It may not get rid of them, but it amuses the hell out of me.

In all seriousness, I recently had dealings with another debt collection company, and after sending them legal letters that I found on the internet I eventually received letters from them saying that I no longer owe them anything.  How nice of them! (sarcasm) Know your rights, and do not take their bs.  They cannot do a thing to you.  Say to them, "See you in court".  Bugger all will happen I assure you.

Intrum Justicia r out of my life + have been since i introduced the whistle. I am FREE + HAPPY but feel so angry with IJ for the way they'd harrased me for so long for money that i did not owe + had to resort to a whistle ! So if others have used the whistle please let their other victims know that this is a way to get rid of them - especially if u've tried the legal route that IJ have ignored.

Lying scouse pricks staffed by terminal unprofessional wallies not good enough to join the Bootle TWOC Squad.  Do not trust anything they say and don't engage in conversation with them - regardless of whether you owe or not.

They can't afford to take on new employees at minimum wage, and if the decline continues, IJ won't be long for this world - they won't be missed.

Whistle works cos i used it + a rape alarm down phone wks ago + havent heard anything since.

So far so good 2wks and no calls so whistles doing a good job !!!
