i was miss sold a mobile phone from carphone wharehouse, the agent put a 3 in the box term of contract after they left my house. i get calls of intrum several times a week for money that i don't owe them, i tell them to take me to court as on my copy of the contract there's no 3 in the term of contract box but thei're not interested they just want me to agree to a payment plan. they're rude & aggresive, tell them nothing!

Repeated calls over a period of about 6 weeks. I have been answering and talking to them politely requesting that they deal with me via post- nothing. I have been rude- they hang up. It is extremely annoying but I know that I don't owe them any money, but I am so relieved to know hat it is a bogus agency and I can rest easy now.

I work in the finance office of a business and, if my credit moves into the red, it is legitamate reason for them to sack or demote me, so you can understand that I would just want to pay these people what ever money they think I owe them, about 1 weeks wage, and hope it ends at that. But I cant help but feel it will be like a stray dog, having fed them once, will they just keep coming back for more?

I've been getting daily calls for two weeks from this company who want to get hold of someone who has never even lived at my address. I have no idea how they got my number but they don't seem to believe that the person they want doesn't live here. They are very predictable though, they ring at half nine every night and I had to go on this site to find out who they were because they wouldn't tell me who they were. They are rude and agressive but it is quite amusing how worked up they get when I simply point out that I still don't live with the person they want any more than I did the night before!

These people called my house. When I told them the person they asked for was out the hung up while I was asking if I could get him to call them back.

I would never pick up a call from callers with an 0870 number - Heard lots about this company on Consumer Action Group website - as far as I know I don't owe them anything but they call regularly.

Being harrased by interum justica. calls every day for weeks . They ignore citizens advice letter. Harrase me for payment. ask for payment over the phone .Demand total amount, dont listen., Very aggressive and rude and patronising. pressurise clients, very unreasonable . Threats of court action,and baliffs . They dont have power to get baliffs so dont believe threats!!Dont take calls from these bullies . Plus report them to trading standard for harassment. also WATCHDOG !! for threatening, and bullying . its Illegal .

These people call me every day without fail. At first i thought it was a matter to do with an unpaid gas bill, which i have since paid. but they keep calling, they wont stop. Even on Sunday mornings. do these people have no lives?!

got a call from 08703330159 - said they were calling from British gas took the 1st line of my address then hung up! freaked out now!!!!

they stated that i owed money to ebay for the amount of £67.70 when it should be £35.70  i ignored there calls so many times they ring at stupid times im getting  stressed over these stupid phone calls and yet i do not wish to change my number  people please be aware that there are a lot of nigerian forigner's and romainian forigners that intend to cause trouble so please be aware very aware they'l buying 1st and send fake emails just like intrum justicia  sending fake letters.

Just had a call from this number, answered it and said hello and whoever was on the other side of the line had hung up. How rude is that?!

Looked it up on here and glad I did, husband has had past experience with this company, they are nasty intimidating bullies.

I know I've got not payed gas bill on 30£ (well it's not mine but on my name! but I've asked to move my bills when I was changing home). They call now me twice a day even Sundays!! My lucky I've get married and changed surname:) I always saying that I've back to Poland. Anyway. If I have not payed bill why British Gas won't call me or send a letter. Or maby that's not them? Do not pick  up- they will give up soon.

I suffer from an anxiety disorder and receiving calls from these awful people, for someone who is not me, and I have explained this to them, is very distressing. I feel I need to visit my doctor as a direct result of the anxiety that their refusal to stop calling me has caused.

I have personal experience of them disobeying a direct instruction to not call, and it seems from looking around on the internet other people have too. On an individual level this raises the possibility of prosecutions, but also a class action against this organisation is totally feasible if anyone wants to take note of that.

hi ive got the problem from the interim group as well they phone up and when i answer i get nobody on the other end.and they phone up looking for other people .i only had my phone put in a few weeks ago but im glad im not the only one having these problems

Just come off phone to them. £2.50 owed as ebay doesn't want to log me in. They are all Liverpudlians and very abrupt, rude and annoying. Have paid the balance but they still keep hassling my home number...I work 100 miles away from home and have explained it to them numerous times. My poor mum is taking a hammering from them...god help them when she blows a gasket!

The 0870 number appears not to work. You have to ring the number the guy ahs posted above to get through to anyone.

I dont answer any one I dont know.
Certainly will not ring back a 0870 number.
I know somebody has been using my name and address and home phone number and has my (now old)bank details obtained from an order I made (goods received) from an old established company.
Matter being dealt with by fraud department of bank.
I have the address of the miscreant but revenge would only get me into trouble.
