Meh as far as I know as long as you tell the caller you are writing down their details as systems are down at the start of a call to be entered when systems are up that is acceptable & in what way is it fraud?!
No why would I deny it's in Barnstaple it's clear as day that the calls are dealt with in Barnstaple!!
Not 100% on the rules on storing card details but I know they must be stored for a certain period of time as how else would a refund for a faulty item etc be processed?
Anyway I don't want to be drawn back in to this I'm sick of seeing people thinking they have the right to bander my personal details around when I haven't set foot through the door in 2 years!

I just meant that they should be careful who they [***] as staff are trained on that particular line then they have information that can be used against freetime, pressplay, whomever.
I have moved on to a far better job its just I don't like them taking advantage of very vulnerable people so I will do what I have to do to help the innocent and put a stop to free time, leisure time or what the hell they call them selves next time.

The last I heard of Anne Marie Moore she was living in Australia but kept moving about her husband works for haymarket publishing Australia

Well, it was in December 2012 when Pressplay tried the £99.99 scam on me....fortunately, my bank, Santander called me and asked if I wished to proceed with the payment.....obviously I said NO....BUT I had to cancel my credit card and get another one with a different number issued.

So...imagine my surprise, when last week I was called again by Spacebag......so I told the chap what happened.

He did not really wish to listen, which says he knows what is going on.

My surprise is that after one and a half years after my initial complaint still nothing has been done!!

So..I am calling Action Fraud again and I am also going to call the Barnstaple police too.
