has anybody actually been provided with a loan of horizan finance or just got fobbed of or even fuc**d off with these scaming bast***s they just take you for a ride but they better what out they messed with the wrong bloke this time i only wanted a loan to pay for my dads funarel and i herd bugger all off them !!!!

if any body wants to help or give me advice plz write bk thank you will have a look on here tommorow

i have had very much the same experience

i gt a call from them sayig my loan application had been csessfull and i had to call back on the premium rate number

i will be sending my bill off on tuesday

i will get back tothis page if ieve anything back or not ifnot i will e seeking the help of traig standards and citizes adice

I have faxed and posted them the bill to see if I get my refund.  I think if I hear nothing from them I will get hold of a watchdog and take this to the press and television.

Good news!  I just got a cheque back from them for the full amount.  Let's just hope it clears now. All seems fine though, only took them a few days to send the cheque. I would recomend faxing and then posting it to them.  Better double sure than not at all.

has anyone got aloan off this company or is it a scam???

If unsuccessful what if CFD fax number

Is 09064001926 related to the above? I have a call listed from each of these numbers and charged £32.80 ex VAT. What are chances of getting refund? Has anyone been successful yet? Do Watchdog know about them?

I had the same experience they charged me about £25 I called them I sent the freepost cfd it came back unsuccesful. Did someone tried the full address already> cz im just going to..

just been stung by this lot too. will take marks advice to see if i can get the money back. not holding my breath for the loan though.

exactly the same as everyone else, CFD,  loan company but number is 0906 400 1857.  Have not called them after reading all of these posts. Maybe someone should email watchdog!!!!

What a bunch of w..k..rs 30pound my bill was and I still ain't heard nothing about a loan...How can these people do this?

Feel like such a MUG...wish i read up on this before i made the call.  Now I have to wait a month for my phone bill to come out before I can send it off! I think they are quite good at giving money back (from some comments i've read on websites) They make their money from people who dont bother demanding their money back....so get your phone bills sent off! I know I will!

Good news!  I phoned Phonepay Plus who agreed the Horizon Finance name but were unable to claim refund on my behalf. Sent phone bill and covering letter to Horizon and got full refund of £37.69 for two numbers listed. Haven't cashed it yet so hope it's legit haha.

been told i can claim back both 09064001800 and 09064001857 numbers and my charges are £31.31 so i want it back straight away if the information is correct about being able to claim back,

o.k,  problems all solved!!   any phone numbers starting 0906400... are all from Horizon finance.  I have just spoke to a Horizon representative and was told that all these numbers are entitled to a refund.  Call Horizon on 08717500500 and they will give details of what to do.  Send a copy of the bill and keep the original as proof for your own records.  Hope this helps!!

I have only just applied and was told calls cost £1.50 per minute, so knew what I was getting into cos they said I could claim it back at the freepost address if I sent copies of my bill. Has anybody actually been offered finance with these people and if so what is their APR etc...

What I cant understand sawell is if these call charges can be claimed back whether you are sucessful or nor, why charge in the first place????
They also said I could ring back after an hour and get the decision if i had the loan or not.

Had bill in and this number appeared on it for a ten minute call and cost me £28.36

this call cost me £40.52 and carnt get my money back wot a scam and i am going to take it somewere higher
