I had no phone call, don't recognize the number but have received a phone bill listing a 15:02 minuet call at £1:50 p/min totaling £25.59, I Stupidly called the No and was told that if I send my bill (photo copy) to

Free post CFD

that I would get a full refund, but after googling Freepost CFD and finding it is more than likely a scam I am not to happy to send my bill showing No's of friends who may get targeted by these apparent fraudsters.

The No on my bill was 09064001846, belonging to Horizon Finance, but by doing a little research they use 09064001800 to 09064001900.
After contacting my supplier o2 and PhonepayPlus an organisation that regulates phone-paid services in the UK I have been advised to send a photo copy of my bill to

So as I did inform your phone supplier (o2/Vodafone etc) and PhonepayPlus and log your complaint !!!

I applied for a loan from CFD but was offered £2000 less than the amount I wanted and a guarantor was also required, so I decided not to take the loan.

I then sent a copy of my phone bill to Horizon Finance in Cheshire, waited for a few weeks and received no reply. I then sent another copy of the bill to 'Freepost CFD' and within less than two weeks I received a cheque for £39.43.

So all in all, I'm happy.

Ive read a lot about this CFD/horizon finance and its a shame i read it all after i got involved.
Id do nothing less than strongly say YOU MUST STAY AWAY from them at all costs.
They will pretend they have already got you approved for a loan(your excited and vulnerable at this point)then they ask you to ring a phone number for a phone call thats pretty much a waste of time bu£$shi$.
Then they tell you to ring back again  for a decision and tell you unfortunately you have a bad credit report(like i didnt know?) and you cant have a loan from them but they know somebody who can lend you the money and forward your deatils to every scumbag in the world.
Before you know it your phone never stops ringing and you get txts offering money from dodgy scumbags from all over the place.
I ended up registering my landline phone number and mobile number with the telephone prefrence services http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/what/
Basically after 28days its ILLEGAL for these scumbags to keep ringing you.
If your thinking about applying with CFD or horizon finance and your reading this now,then feel yourself lucky you came across this webpage because you really should listen to people on these pages.
YOU WILL NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM,JUST A BIG PHONE BILL AND NON STOP PHONE CALLS EVERYDAY.

I received a call today and was given a reference number and told to phone 09064001848, which I did, as I was told I had been approved for a loan. I asked as soon as they answered if the call cost was refundable and they assured me it was. They took a lot of details and gave me another reference number and another number to phone back in an hour which was 09064001800. After going through all details again, she told me that 2 companies were interested, PF Services and Andersons. This was all being charged at £1.50 per minute. I was given Customer Services number which apparently is charged at 5p per minute to find out how to get your money back for the calls. This number was 08432160160. They said copy your phone bill, highlight their numbers and put your reference number and full name and address on the back and they will send a cheque. The girl I spoke to then said thanks for your call and hung up, without telling me any information at all about whether I had been successful or not!! If I get my money back it will be a relief, cos it's Mum's house phone and she will kill me if I don't!! Think this is just one big scam. Steer clear. If they refund all calls, why not just make it a freephone number??

i just got off the phone to them and came straight on here because it all seemed too good to be true, looks like i was right, it shouldnt be allowed, im not going to stop until i get my money for the call back!

Just got a phone call from them, saying I hd been approved by "SEVERAL LENDERS" then i had to call the 09064001855 and its £1.50 and all will be refunded, I have been told to call back a different number in an hour, but know i have come across this I will not be calling back.

I got a call saying i had to call this number which is charged at £1.50 per minute but was assured i wil get a full refund of the phone calls if i send my bill to Freepost CFD! Well i have just done this so i am hoping for the best!!

I was also told me details will be handed to Anderson And Pf sevices!!

Now i get like 10 calls a day of loan people although i stated i did not want my details handed to third parites with out my permission!!

god im glad i looked this number up first befor i rang it i got a phone call from horizon and they said id been approved a loan of 750 with no addmin fee they gave me a ref number and told me to ring this number 09064001894 and that i would get a full refund if i rang from a contract or land line phone what a scam the bunch of [***]

who r CFD and what can we do to stop then from doing this to anyone else my phone bill was at least  £40+ more this time. What does CFD mean Cash for dailing.

I reckon you have to send your phone bill to them so there is proof that you called their numbers-otherwise they wouldn't know what they are refunding for. Its probably expensive so you don't have to pay admin fees like other loan companies.least you get the refund too-its free in that sense!

he told me i had been excepted and to phone 09064001800 they keep you on the phone for no longer than 15mins..... then just hang up, personal i think it is a scam... they ask you the same questions over and over again, when you uestion them they are extreaml rude...
however i am going to send of to get my money back tomoro,i will keep you all posted. any one reading this donot appliy for a loan with horion, go some ware else! its a skam!

Having originally applied (on-line) for a loan from Yes Loans, I receieved a number of phone calls from other companies telling me my application had been approved and was eventually given the number 0906 400 1800 to call.  By this stage I was getting suspicious, so googled the number and found this site.  Needless to say I won't be pursuing the loan application!

We rang this number 09064001800 to get a loan as they didnt charge any admin fees, we were given a ref number to claim these back. You need to send a copy of your telephone bill highlighting the charges and on the copy write yur name address and ref number if you have one and send to FREEPOST CDF and they should refund you the money. I also have included a little letter writing out all the calls the times they were made, how mcuh they cost and gave them my phone number so they can tell me how they are going to pay my money back. They owe me £31.57 as they gave me another number to rinf after keeping me on the phone for 14 mins and the next call lasted 9 mins odd. i understand they are called Horizon so i will try thst 08717500500 number if i get no joy thanks, hope this helps some of you the robbing gits!!!!!!!

how do I get my loan. they cut me off and I am extremely annoyed. can you call the other number too or is that a rip off as well.

I had a call from this company called CFD. I believe they got my number when I tried to apply for a loan online.  The first call lasted for 15mins and they text me to ring again because a provider is ready with an offer but I had to repeat mr details over and over again.  I was told to look out for emails from lenders but so far no lender has contacted me. I was told I can claim the money back when I receive my bill.  I hope this is not a scam!!!
