I have a call from 09064001800 also one from 09064001890 both amounting to over £30.00 plus vat , will be claiming this back as neither my husband or myself have called re loans

this is a joke!! £70 phone bill when dont even use house phone

the loan company called from cfd and csd said i would get the money back for these calls at free post £22 and£15 how can i get my money back this is such a con

i too got given this number via a company called cash pot saying they had two companys willing to let me have a loan called anderson young and pf services however i googled both and only anderson young came up sayin i had 2 pay 39.00 before i can have a loan but they dont do loans only credit cards and bank accounts andi also get a call from horizon as well as this number so i dont know what to do and they too told me 2 send copies and a covering letter to cfd free post i asked for more details and they said good bye and hung up

I too have been having murders with these thieves. I was called on 8th May 09 with regards to a loan enquiry I had made by a young man by the name of Chris Thomas from The Credit People who guaranteed that I would have the requested loan amount in my account by the following week providing I paid a admin fee of £49.40 which was debited out of my account straight away.  I received a application form the next day which was Saturday and filled it in with all the necessary details it was not a professional looking application form at all.  Anyway I proceeded to fill the form in and sent it back to them.  No documents were needed from me at this stage they said.  I gave it a few days and gave them a call, they told me that the form  was incomplete and that they have sent it back to me to complete, I kept a copy of the form I sent and asked them if it weren't anything that could be done over the phone, you know – just to speed up the process, they conveniently told me no (this was just to delay their getting up to no good longer).  When I received the form back it was one silly little thing that I had not ticked and I am sure they could of got this not so personal information over the phone.  Once they received the form that is where my trouble continued.  They had told me that they have passed my details over to CASH FINANCE DIRECT who I had to call to find out what was going on with my application they also told me about FLM, Anderson Young and that I would receive a call from them.  Clearly nothing has happened to date and I was told that I could claim my calls back which have come to £57.18. I came across this site through Google search to find out what FREEPOST CSD was because it didn't sound too convincing to me and to my surprise a very dodgy address. I will be sending my bill to HORIZON FINANCE

Just to say that I received my refund for the calls made to Horizon with a very detailed letter which they hav asked me to forward onto the Credit People.

I have just had my phone bill and was also charged £30 plus vat for a 15 min phone call to these guys.. i was given their number by another company and asked to call as they have accepted me for a loan, when i rang i had to go through the whole rigmorole of completing the applictaion form over the phone again and then waiting for an acceptance, which took an additional 10 mins... which suprise suprise was a NO...  so they are a scam... making big bucks of poor unsuspecting loan applicants who get passed on to them..  i will be asking for the phone bill to be paid..

ive just been scamed by the same bunch ov wan***s after reciveing the 1st call sayin ive been aproved for a loan and then phoneing them back i was told to phone back a hour later then i wanted to find out a bit more about them and found this site
i wish id looked b4 phoneing them but i had to phone back so did and was asked the same questions again i tried to hurry him up but he was not haveing it he then at 7 mins into the call told me there was 2 companies interested called pf servises and anderson young so i asked y is it that evrey 1 seems to be geting offered the same companies i then called them a bunch of cons he the went on to try an tell me his life storry to build up the time at 8 mins and 13 seconds i told him to f**K off and put the phone down 2 mins l8r he phones back and trys to make the phone call go on as long as possibale so i put it down again. dose any one no if u get charged for them phoneing aswell as me phoneing them? o and i will be reporting them to watchdog and any 1 else i can think of the bunch ov coning c***s

I just got a call from them and the first thig i done because it was a 0906 number was check it out on the net. What is up with you guys? But also thanks for the info sorry you all got scammed!!!

Two "unknown" telephone numbers appeared on my phone bill this month, one
being 09064001800 and the other 09064001804. The first one being for £14-60 and the second for £18-60. When i contacted the first number to extract a name, i was given "American Mercantile finance" and given the address of "Freepost CFD" to write to and send in my phone bill with the numbers in question, this for a refund for the two calls plus the latter enquiry call. Do
we get this money refunded ?

iv just spoke to virgin media the guy said it comes up on there system a Fed-X the delivery service but ill be gettin in touch with this cfd

I had a call from an unavailable number originally that told me to call 09064001862 which was charged at £1.50 per minute but is fully refundable.I phoned and the guy i spoke to sounded like a 16 year old yob who kept talking slowly and repeating himself.obviously to bump up the charges.The company is called Cash Finance Direct and they have said you can send you phone bill to cash finance direct. This company is actually apart of Horizon Finanace.You dont have to this free adress as you probably wont receive anything.Send it Via Fax on 08717500500 to Horizon Finance and also send your phone bill to the following adress.it will unfortunately cost you a stamp but it will be worth it to get your money back: Horizon Finance, 7 St Petersgate,Stockport,Cheshire,SK1 1EP. You should get your money back in the form of a cheque.

I originally made two calls to CFD which totalled £39. Just over a week later I did receive a letter stated that I had been accepted for a loan of £3000, however did not go through with it because I had orginally applied for £5000 and the interest rate was way too high.

Up until this day I still get calls from CFD, which is a bit of a pain!

is the address freepost cfd?? and what should be stated in the covering letter??

I looked at this website and noticed that people had sent copies of their bill to Horizon finance.  I did the same and got £40.61 back for the calls I had been charged from this number, funily they are in Stockport but the Barclays cheque was from a Telford branch!
