Hi i sent my bill to cash finance direct holdings limited, floor 7, dale house, tiviot dale, stockport, cheshire, sk11ta, by first class recorded delivery so i would no it had been received and receive a sig for it, have just spoken to someone this mornin who also said it would be 45 days max and that i would receive a text telling me to go to post office with the special code on the txt to get my money, seems a bit iffy to me, has anyone received this txt

Apparently this is the method they use when making repayments.  Unfortunately (!) they have a nasty habit of giving the wrong number, so when you go to the Post Office it doesn't work!  You then have to go through the whole process again, including the 45 day wait!  Just one more way these crooks keep hold of your money.  Penman Investigates in the Daily Mirror is waging war on fake loan brokers.  They have done several reports on CFDH undert its various names, so it might be worth contacting him and telling him about their latest trick.

i got a loan from this company but im still waiting fir a refund
they do not tell you that it will take 45 days
they tell you that after you made the call. i phoned them several times this company is a rip off
no one should use this company

Send a copy of ur fone bill, with a cover letter requesting refund of call charges, to "FREEPOST CFD Holdings" and u will eventually get a txt from them with a code to take to a post office to get ur refund. I no it seems like u won't get it bac, but i received a refund around 2 months after sending my bill in, so just b patient and u will get it. Also u will need ur customer number when u go to the PO with ur txt code. Hope this helps

In accordance with our regulator we do have to say the refund process can take up to 45 working days,  however it doesn’t mean it will take that long but we do have to state this.

Sent an email 3 months ago with my phonebill charges asking for a refund after I saw this chat and on Friday  I received a txt msg from cfd holdings quoting il be receiving another txt Monday which is today with a mcom payout barcode I take to the post office and they pay me out , never in my life have I heard of this but I'm hoping I do

yes you can I did this today, just sent them a screen shot of my online bill and they said they will refund it

I'm sorry I only read the opening paragraph but did you really say people who in so much no wy trouble they need a loan, do NOT look at the charges they racking up!?
Then they desrve to be charged and not have it refunded for the obvious reason.
I applied on 02/10/2014, it was sorted and had the money in my account the next day. My refund came 02/12/2014, 45 working days as they said.
company is legit, people are stupid. Nearly all of these post quite clearly show not only that, but also that people agree without thinking/reading/paying any kind of attention. Most of you don't deserve a refund, let alone a loan that'll just drag you down to the point you become another statistic that costs the tax payer
