strange my answer phone was on and still I got charges for a call I didn't make.

Anyone by chance got a template letter of the one they sent to get their refund?
Just to save people chasing this longer than they should.

This is an absolute outrage, I am in the same boat as you all others, there were 3 addresses I have sent a leeter of complaint too also stating that I only give them a week to refund my money or i will be taking legal action and taking them to watchdog.  Is Sent this letter 12th Feb 2010 and its 17th feb so I am still waiting for a reply.  I did also Cc a name of a solicitor company to scare them a bit to show i have already sent a copy.  Will let you people know if I get anything back.

I've been charged £32 for 2 calls which were not made to 09064001806. I spoke to my supplier who says I made the calls. Where do i go from here?

hi if you phone this number 08717500500 it gives you some options option 2 is to send your phone bill to get a refund or option1 to talk to some one it takes 28 days for them to refund the money back. hope this helps

Hi just to let you all no i recived my refund today via the post and took it straight to my bank they recived my letter on the 11 feb i i printed off my bill from the internet and highlighted there calls. WILL NOT BE MAKIN THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

to claim the money bk you have to fone o8432160160 but when u are gived the address to claim they say it that quick i could not catch the address but i no they are in stockport and there is a lineline num

I just got my phone bill and there are 2 premium calls on there and I did not recieve or make them! It is possible another member of my household made or recieved said calls. They total 33.22! I am obviously extreemley annoyed by this!

I had them sting me last night!!
I kept getting calls continuously from a 0161 number who got mine from... 'sorry I don't have that information on my screen . com!' - then gave me 09064001846 to call. When I did I was advised of the cost and the claim back but it seemed like a scam whilst i was on the phone. She was blatantly enjoying her job at the same time as taking the p*s* outta me. kept forgetting I wanted a card not a loan asked for a password an I jumped in and just said pyramid then she asked me if that was my nickname??!! then after 18mins gave me 09064001800 to call. I rang them but no reply... THANK GOD! afetr reading this anyway! PRE-APPROVED MY ASS!

What this company are doing is illegal. We are currently in the proccess of speaking the the police regarding this.

i had a similar call they said they were easy loans and a company called cfd had agreed a loan i just needed to ring them tried but both my home and mob restrict 0906 numbers so i am lucky the number i was given is 09064001843 so keep that one in mind too

am gna send away to the stockport address and c what hapens.dey owe me 38quid.
