Please send your phone bill to FREEPOST CFD HOLDINGS or send a PDF or JPEG attachment to our email address, customerservices@cfdholdings.co.uk. We require the front page with the bill payer’s details on it and the itemised page with the calls you made to our 0906 numbers.

We need the above as we refund the cost of the calls at £1.53 per min, any network extras your service provider may charge, plus the VAT.

You will receive your refund as soon as possible of us receiving your request. The refund will be made using a system called MCOM payout whereby a text message will be sent to the bill payer via their mobile phone. The message will include a 19 digit ID number which must then be taken to a post office. Once you have shown the ID number your refund for the calls will be paid in cash. Please ensure that you provide your current mobile number when requesting your refund.

The telecom provider bills you for money and they pay their 09xx clients a large proportion whether it is a sex chatline,technical helpline or scammers in this case. Your own telecom provider will give no doubt provide basic call barring feature with the lowest setting to block outgoing calls to 09xx premium numbers. The scams rely on ignorance of high tariff rates to 09xx numbers and people unable to configure their own domestic phone to prevent an unintended call back

The 'refund within 45 days' is complete lies, I did not even take out a loan through CFD, my number was sold to them and they bombarded me with calls which then cost ME £50! I managed to get in touch with them with regards to a refund which and sent my phone bill, the refund was promised 'within 45 days'.. I then got an email saying the refund would be sent via MCOM text today (70 days later, not 45).. today when the text was meant to arrive I have received yet another email saying that the text will actually be sent in another 18 days time! It is absolutely ridiculous, I am going to Citizens Advice with all of the evidence and they are going to look into it and see if they can get this taken further. DO NOT trust this company! Even if I did want a loan I would not have gone through them to get it!

I hv been calling CFHD for my refund but they keep changing dates. Has anyone been to their office ?

I was not told when I first contacted Cfd that it would take45 days that was early January 2015 it's now April and I'm still waiting,I've been intouch with trading standards .

This company has gone into liquidation and has closed down.
