This lot, under various forms of their name have been running the same con for years.  They were even shown on "Panorama".  Contact Trading Standards and Action Fraud.  You can also report them to Phonepayplus which is the Premium Rate number regulator.  That regulator has already fined them at least once for abuse of the service.   Having said that, someone complaining on another of their numbers on here said they had gone out of business yet again, so I don't know what your chances are of getting your 'phone costs back.  Their usual method is to go bust and then open up again with a slightly different name (i.e. CFD Finance to CFD Holdings) with the same address and directors.  The only thing which does not change is their con of using Premium Rate numbers

I use to work for this company and its the biggest load of crap going - the people you talk to are glued to a head set reading off a script they have no option but to take your call for 15mins and then hang up - when I worked it was 50p commission for every call taken that lasts 15mins and completed application, and when you call back we got £1! I use to sit at my desk and actually cry because I knew that I had no other way but to take the call - I've been swore at threatened and in the end I left - my health was more important and my morels - but let me tell you something - when I applied for the job I was told it wasn't sales and that it was a very rewarding company to work for - that too was rubbish. Then they were on a TV program where it showed how they scam people and were the employees just cut of their feelings. I couldn't do that. Stay well away from them - they are just bad news.

Oh and - the texts you get are from a machine in America!
