i also applied for a loan and had to pay 20pnds for the phone bill of which i still have not recieved and no loan they are a complete scam.
Asked them to call me back and they still send me text saying i have been succesful for a loan and can i call them what 3 times later and they just keep replying with the same thing.

they got my details from somewhere and asked me to call this no. they gave me a prem. no. i smelt a rat. i have worked in a fin. org. and never heard from them so i was a bit weary.a legit. co. would give 0845 vno or landline the n0 i have got 01612460200 no. from the guy that rang me. wouldny give name

If you have a bad credit record you are unlikely to be accepted for a loan by a respectable, trustworthy company. The only people who offer these loans are very likely to be sharks and scamsters preying on desperate and hard up people who are normally in a vulnerable position. I hope I am not insulting my fellow forum members here, but I have been there and am only trying to prevent anyone falling into the same trap, so it must be said.

Some rules:

1. NEVER give anyone a fee upfront. Whatever they promise, you will never get it back. They have a way of making you spend it with them on credit reports or other services. I say again - NEVER GIVE ANYONE A FEE UP FRONT NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

2. NEVER ring a premium rate number when asked to do so. You can add that money to the fee you paid above and kiss that goodbye as well.

3. Always Google any company who offers to do business for you, before you sign up, and look for any forum like this one.

4. Take any papers that need signing to your local Citizens Advice Bureau, they will check them out and advise.

If you already have issues with any of the above, contact the FSA Ombudsman Service (Google it) and they will give you help and advice, and in a lot of cases you will get your money back and the firm stung with a very heavy fine - if not put out of business altogether. The more people who do this the tighter the squeeze will be on these sharks.

was asked to phone this number 09064001810 when applying for loan was  assurred i would get my money back for phone calls given address as cfd freepost  i applied about 6to 8 weeks ago sent phone bill along with address have never received any commucation from them whatso ever iwas nearly 40 pounds for calls will never fall for that again i am very angry that these people are getting away with this

this is a complete rip off.they told me they were from a loan company n conned me so ive got to pay more for my phone bill

they rang me and charged me £72.04 then said send your bill to freepost CFD will i get my money back?

yes i have been scam to with this company.we all sould get togather and find this company and all go down to it and ask for our refund back on the spot.

just rang the 0871 number to speak to them and got a different address to what have been posted on hear already

Id only applied online for a loan an hour before  , he knew all my details !!!  I shall be sending my phone bill for sure and going to get trading stsndards involved !!! i shall also be going to Stockport in a few weeks , might pop in for a chat lol

i to have just rang the above number and have just been charged 32 pound for 15 mins.... they have given me the same address to write to to get my money refunded but after readin these which i wish i had done before habd i will  also get in touch with the watch dog this afternoon and tell them what has happened to me ,,,,,,,,,people be ware of these scammers

This number 09064001800 appears on my phone bill along with 09064001835 both must be incoming calls as no one in my house EVER! phones premium rate numbers knowing how much they cost.

09064001800 charges me £13.77 for 9.06 minutes
09064001835 charges me £22.62 for 15 minutes

What gives BT the right to charge people for these incoming calls without you agreeing to a reversed charge call?

I to have beenn told to call, then call back at a certain time of the day to see if i have been excepted for a loan, from C.F.D i don't know what they have charged me, but i will be getting a refund that's for sure, the loan was at a whopping 58.9% yea right NOT!
Although they did give me there number for the customer services department to claim back the cost of the calls, it's NOT a high rate number it's 08432160160 so maybe try that number, i know it's not a £1.50 per minute number, i will be calling it when i get my phone bill!

-:Think its a total disgrace actually, how people can sit doing there jobs + answering phones all day to innocent people, knowing fully there about to rip thm off, when raely there job should be helping them

does any1 know if sending a copyed picture off a screen of  a online bill rather than a normal paper itemized bill wud be suitable to send of 4 a refund (thats if the address on marks coment realy does work and refunds yr money?)

I have just got a call of the same people as well. I phoned them back. I can't believe they are doing this. I hope I get my money back. Thanks to everyone on here that gave the ad cause. All I got was a CFD free post ad. What's that all about.... Now they want me to phone back to see. I have got a loan, not a chance. Am I doing that.... Has anyone got a loan of them....
