091591

Just had a call number reported by 1471 as 091591. Didn't answer it, but looks like an odd phone number, similar to other spammy, nuisiance calls being reported here.

Yes I had the same---- it rang for 10 sec---then cut off on the 15/10/2010 @ 12.00hrs I didn`t reply.

Answered the call from 091591 it turned out to be a person of Indian origin trying to get me to do a lifestyle survey

Just had a call from this number.  When I picked the phone up, It sounded like it rang out to another number (possibly).

Strange number on 1471

Same happened to me,  answered it and it immediately started ringing.  I hung up as I didn't want to to be charged £90 a minute or whatever.

Asked if I was Mr ? who infact is my neighbour . This is fourth time they have rung .When I say who they are they just ring up

Had call from 091591 twice today 27/11/10    Who is it?
