This number keeps calling me. I want them to stop.Now.

My iPhone called this number on it's own! Was using an app and it closed so that it could call this number, think I managed to stop it connecting, does anyone know what it's about??

My iPhone calls this number by itself too, cost me £1.70 at £1.70/min. I'd like to know how this is happening and who the number is.

Furios. Hate Apple I got charged £6.12 for a 3min 20 sec. Call I gues my son must of called this number maybe playing with guns application I don't know. Is there a way to lock the phone against dailling 09''' by mistake ??

Have no idea how this number' <09825232415> been dialed from my iPhone, looks like its dialed automatically, just realised I have been charged £1.70 for just 8 sec on 06/Jan. How can I stop dialing this number from iPhone??

If you listen to the mesage the following number is given out 0800 002 9061 as a support number. Obviously I'm not going to ring it. I think I will be removing all the free apps from my phone though!

BTW i didn't click on  banner I just went to use the phone and when I slid my finger across the screen to unlock it it started dilling!!

This is a major bad for the iPhone & Apple. What is the point of the App store vetting if this can happen?

by the way, these numbers are all revenue generating / revenue share. The Networks, Apple and 'scammers'  all share.

This is so wrong! only had my phone 1wk, my 5yr old son playing on a app and this num was called 9 times! at first blamed my son, feeling very guilty now! god help my phone bill.......

Me too. On 10th Jan - almost 6.00 charged for 2 calls totalling 44 seconds. I was also charged 1.70 for a 4 second call to 09825233330 on the same day. Seems some sort of dodgy going on mostly likely related to an app we have all downloaded. I did have some apps that were updated too - I'm trying to find out what I downloaded or updated on the 10th to get some clues. I have reported this to 02 who are looking into it. In the meantime, I can't block these numbers from being called apparently so I don't know how to stop it. Anyone else got any further in resolving this?

Unfortunately, I got 2 calls from this number & O2 has charged 5.53 from me.
This is very unfair. I don't know who is doing this. This must stop now.

My iPhone called this number yesterday, and checking my online O2 account, saw that the 1 second call was being charged at £1.70

I hadn't downloaded any new apps, or updated for several days, the only new app was the My O2 app, so it seems unlikely that could be the cause??

I have filed a complaint with http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/output/default.aspx and they inform me that this number is currently under investigation.

If you've also been had a charge on your bill because of this number, go to the phonepayplus website, and you'll (eventually) get your money back.

Apple,O2 and their 'app' clients are laughing all the way to the bank

I just received my mobile bill and found I was charged £12 from this number 09825232415 dialed from my iPhone.  I have no idea why it said dialed from my iPhone.  Does anyone know what I can do to get the money back from my mobile company?

Hopefully this is now resolved as the AdMob company has updated the software.
