1001

I got a recorded message telling me an event I've been registered for had changed venues due to hurricane Irma in Miami.  Maybe this is how calls from automated systems appear?

I received a call from this number +1001 at 1:46pm UK time.
What in God's earth is this?
I didn't answer, as it look rather suspicious. I'm not easily fooled or scam.

The criminals trying new strategies. The world is messed up mon...Christmas is coming and criminals are trying all sorts to make money.

Just had 2 calls from this number. I am in Denmark  wirh a danish number.  I think its some kind of fake telemarketing ti join the bitcoin marked.

called 12 times today, pick up and no one at other end

Received a call from 1006 Out Of Area 7 times on landline beginning at 3:04am and continuing until I figured out how to block on our cordless phone at 10:30am.  I'm sure they'll change the number and get through somehow soon, but it's worked for the last 30 minutes.  We haven't picked up so I'm not sure what the call is for.

arrived at work 422 missed calls from 1001 number and everytime i hang up as there is noone there it calls back within a few seconds. every 10-15 calls changes to 501 or 601 calling and the same thing.

I got two back to back calls on my husbands company phone at 1:30am from this 1001 number- of course I answered the second call thinking something’s going on and heard a few seconds of ruffling and the person hung up. What the hell is this??

I have had 4 missed calls yesterday from 1001. I was told that the caller could not receive any messages at the time as their mail box was full. I still do not know who this or these people are.

I had just experience the first one right now, I am sitting at my chair and something didn’t feel right, if I get a second one like what you say I’ll be more worried

1001 has called 3 times in the last half hour. Used to get one about every 6 months or so. Home internet phone.

Gotten a call from 1001 all day. Its 12:45am and just got another.

Got a call at 8pm from 1001 phone showed scam likely..did not answer left a voice mail..it was in spanish.

I just got a call from +1-001 I think. I didn’t know what to do so I just let it ring, I later blocked the caller. I hope it’s nothing major but you can never be to sure.

I am staying in Pretoria, South Africa. I received the cal from 1001 from 01:10 am until 01:50 Sunday morning. I have answered the first call as I was still asleep then and did not focus properly. I have blocked the call. So far so good. I was assisted by the provider via Any Desk to set up my new phone. Have anyone else also make use of this application?

You are either a shill or have been scammed. The Any Desk is commonly used by scammers in India to get access to your computer to steal info or money.

I recieved  about 5 calls , I have never answered. The number was 1001. I live in Jamaica.

The number I received the call on is a VOIP business number. I'm an insurance agent. I'm curious if there are any similarities between my situation and others.
