1001

I got the call just half an hour ago from the number +1004.
This strange thing is that I live in Estonia and haven't heard of this kind of stuff.
Why on earth would someone call on my number :S

Hi,Thank you for the info, i live in Denmark and get calls from +1004 here at night so i dont answer i "just" wake up i by the way i have a unlisted number  how does they get the number maybe just luck / bad luck.

Just got one from 1001 which I let go to VM, The voice mail just says "24 hour security".  I am thinking phishing scam also.  I got one one from "1006" a few days ago.  Isn't it wonderful that the FCC "Do Not Call" program doesn't work worth a damn?  Just like most all Federal programs.

If it's a scam or a mockery, I hope that FBI and/or FCC will investigate it!!

And ultimately the Lord Jesus will shut this number down if it's a scam or a mockery!

I got the same voicemail from 3 calls the past week, 1001, 1003 and 1005 and always a voicemail about something with a security deposit. Is there anyway to stop the calls?

Me too just recieved a +1001 missed call, I am in Oman!!!  Well they did call my UK mobile No, on O2  Anybody have any ideas?????

rec'd today - followed  automated prompt just because- wanted my debit acct number to 'unfreeze' it ..Hung up immediately of course

BrightStar Credit Union.  Asked me to enter my credit card number.  I don't have a BrightStar account, so I tried various combinations to get through to an operator.  They eventually hung up.

Got the same call yesterday. My caller ID said 001 though. They said my Brightstar card was locked. Never even heard of them before so I knew it was a scam. Kept trying random numbers and they hung up as the poster above me stated.

I have also received these calls.  What is this?

Got a call from #1001 earlier today. It told me my debit card had been suspended due to a security concern and to wait on the line to speak with an operator. This was a voice mail they left BTW. I never spoke to anyone.

I let it go to voicemail.  It was actually my local PD calling because they had not yet been able to respond to my noise complaint.  Lesson learned- there must be some way to mask the number, and its not always a prank or debt collector.  1001 could be anybyody

Got two calls from this number this morning. Picked up the 2nd time. I wish I never did... It was a man with an austrerilian accent that ask for my cousin by his first and last name. And I said you have the wrong number and he's like is this his old phone number and I was who are you and he said I am his friend from australia what's his new number and I hung up.
Talked to my cousin and he has no body in aus also doesn't know anyone with an aus accent.
The number showed up as 1001 but when I went to call it back it was in my call history as 374-64.
Very lost and creeped out... Called my cellphone company and they said they can't block the number.
I m located in Canada btw.

Got 2 calls from +1003. Nobody calls me from Canada. So I didn't answer. I am about to change my phone number(( Definitely it is already in spam lists.

I have had 3 or 4 calls now.
I'm in South Australia. my provider is a company called Dodo. I just hung up from the call.

I think I'll start saying esoteric things next time.

i've got the same call. my gosh im quite nervous about coz others got some too. does anybody know whose behind that call? im from philippines
