It was a recorded call.  It said they can lower my credit card interest rate to 6%. It also gave me the option to "Press 2" to be removed.

You can press 2 to opt out when they call you.

Since when do these people call your cell to lower credit card debt?
How do we all ban together and charge them back the money it cost our phones to receive the unwanted call?
It could destroy the company!!

Oh please. You're not being "harrassed". You're being offered a product or service. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Let voicemail pick up and delete the message. Gee whiz.

Got several calls on my cell phone.  I never answered, but my phone has a reject list which I have now assigned that number to.

Got a call about lowering my credit card interest rate.  Since I had contacted my credit card and they said it was not them calling I ask to be put on the Do Not Call List thinking it was just telemarketers.  After I ask the man said to Blow him.  I said excuse me and he repeated it.  Then I said a couple of things and hung up.  I had gotten a call earlier in the day from a different number and it was the same thing.  I ask to be put on that do not call list also.

I don't want ANY calls like this.  Company should be prosecuted.

Lucky I did not pickup. I thought when your on the do not call list. It was against FCC regulations to put up with this! How do we report this?

Keep receiving calls from this number. Finally answered to ask to be removed from their call list since my number is on the National do not call registry. The woman on the line responded, "Then why did you pick up, then?" She then hung-up on me. Outrageous!

Got call told them to take me off their call list.  I told them if I want a lower rate I would call me credit card company myself.  Women told me what CC company would lower there rates.  Told her again to take me off their call list and was told I should shut up.  I'm tired of being bother by these people.

There is a recording, and that number is on my caller ID two or three times a day.

I have gotten a call from this number every day for the past week. when i try calling it back, it says "You have reached a nonworking number. Announcement 14 glitch 1 8 - 2". But nonetheless, they keep calling. How do i stop them?

Seeing as how I cut up my credit cards a couple of years ago so my interest rate is 0, I'm wondering how they can lower it any further!!!
They call repeatedly and if you press 1 or 2, the phone hangs up -- wasting my cell phone minutes.  So I went to the national do not call registry -- www.donotcall.gov -- and entered my cell phone number.  You can do that now. If I hear from them after 30 days they are going on report!!

Oh Yeah -- I got that nonworking number announcement also. First time I thought I had forgot to pay my cell phone again - LOL.
