Just got a call from this number today and I'm on the Do Not Call list.

Repeat calling of cell number, didn't leave message..

if you want to get 1 202 367 9197 to quit calling just call customer service 1877 354 5485 and tell them you'd like them to stop. All you have to do is give them your phone #. Problem solved.

I just received one and the first question they asked me was "how many credit cards do you have?" I told them I have zero and if you would please take me off your call list.  She asked why I was waisting her time, to which I replyed why are you waisting my time.  Then she hung up on me.

I googled the number and found that is origionates from Washington DC...Hmmmm.

This punk thinks I have the time of day to answer their phone call trying to work here. Lowsey f-ck's, how can stop them from calling me?

This number is getting annoying calling me at work, leaving a recorded message. Do not need the service, if I did I would contact them. This is a waste of time and money. Don't they know these methods do not work.

Hung up on me after I told them my credit debt.

tried to call this number back and it says your call cannot be completed as dialed.

Got a call asking for a person who I know; however, I don't have any contact with the person.  Told them it was a wrong number.  They asked if I knew the person they were trying to contact and I told them yes.  They asked if I knew why they would use my phone number.  I told them no.  On my caller ID it said MRS.  When I called the number back, it is a recording stating that it is "MRS Assocs."

i work at nite.  they call a few times during the day and wake me up.

This is only the most recent number from what appears to be the same people. If I answer, they hang up. Whenever I return the call, I am directed to an automatic voice system that lists the "services" they provide and tell me to leave my number with a message stating my phone number and that I wish to not be contacted. And then I get the same calls from a different DC number start with the exact same thing. I am on the Do Not Call registry and I have reported every number this BS "company" has tried to call me from. Does anyone know how to make it stop?

These are the same idiots that called last year. Reporting them does not seem to change anything. They keep calling. I never pick up. Recorded message wanting to reduce my credit card rates.

Don't call me on my cell phone, I won't answer.  Home phone is unlisted, how dare they?

The company is called Card Member Services but do not contact the company from the website cardmemberservices.com as they are not affiliated with the scam. The webpage is through Chase bank & works w/other banks like First USA bank in DE.  It's just unfortunate they are using that name.  I just got a call today (again) that came up as SERVICEMSG with a Washington D.C. number 1-202-367-9951 & also 1-202-367-9968.  I pressed 1 to get an agent so I could ask to be put on their do not call list.  When I got an agent & asked for a direct number & address for the company I was disconnected.  I am on the national do not call list so I filed reports for every time they have called me.  If you call the number back you can press 1 to be put on their do not call list but it doesn’t work.

For about a year now I have been getting harrassing repeated phone calls from company's like this. I get rid of one ad another pops up. I did not expect to be harrassed in my own home in retirement.Someone please find a way to end these calls.

If you have Panasonic Costco phones it's easy. Push menu, #, 217, then push their number in, save and that's it, they are blocked. I love my Panasonic phone. It allows you to block numbers.

Have numerous calls, sometimes many in a day and when I answer no one is there.  If I call back I get a recording that the person is not available

I have no idea who they are and I will not answer numbers I don't know who they are and will never return calls when no voice message is left either!
