Call the police if that phone number calls you, they are a scamming company.

How did you block their number?  We are 'gettomg calls several times a day for thepast few weeks.
We owe no one and they don't respond if you answer.  It is the same number 202 3679287
Love to see these people stopped

This is all very good advice for the average US debit collection company however this one is an overseas company sub contracted by ebay to collect fees owed them. They dont give a rats a@#$^&&* about our laws as they are overseas and cant be touched. They use a 202 area code ( Wash DC ) number that is actually routed calls. Kind of like SKYPE.  No matter what you tell them, they have the wrong person, he doesnt livehere, he's dead, it doesnt matter they will not stop calling you night and day. they will never leave a message as their computer is making the calls ( illegal ) and they only put a live operator on after you pickup. Save the number in your address book. next time they call, dont answer or if your phone has this feature, BLOCK calls from that number. Good Luck, Hey you can sue ebay in your hometown, just because ebay makes you agree to using the court system in santa clara, CAL ( ebays hometown ) doesnt mean you cant,  they still have to hire a lawyer and show up and request the court give them a change of venue ( change to santa clara, ca ) which most small claims courts wont do )  Tie them up in court, make THEIR lives miserable too, make them spend their money! Constantly calling both home and cell - won't tell me what they want!!!

This makes since now because I owe ebay like $30 for about a week now and that number is calling me nonstip and when I do answer no one says anything but what is the point in that! Creepy!

Good idea, lets post an ad for Craigslist under "free ps3-call 202-367-9287" see how they like it.

This is EBAY collection agency.  Do Not answer from this number. People are very rude who call.

Yes, I received a ton of calls from this number as well as 5 other numbers traced back to the same bill collectors working on behalf of ebay and paypal. I learned a great trick to get them to stop calling, so pass it on:

Save all of the different numbers in your phone of different bill collectors. Using conference call, speaker and mute, call each one and put them into a five-way conference call with your end muted. Each one asks who is this, can I help you, etc. etc. and then eventually hangs up. As each one hangs up, redial and connect them again. I know they know it's my number calling, and that's good!
Since I've been doing this every few days, they NEVER call me anymore, in fact, it's my hope that they block my number from their system entirely.

Plus, it's funny as crap to hear them try to figure out how they got connected to each other.

This company calls me in the morning and throughout the day.  I googled the number and found they are calling for e-bay.  I did business with e-bay in the past and owe them $45.00. I am now unemployed and cannot pay this.

Hilarious!! I just LOVE this idea about saying " ...................Police Department" and I'm going to try it!!  I am signing up for Caller ID tomorrow and I cannot wait until the next telemarketer calls!!!!  THANKS!!!  This is going to be so much FUN!!

What were you selling that you made 15,000??  Paypal must have a good reason for holding your money.

Yep, IC Sysytems calling in behalf of Ebay. I owe Ebay over 10,000 I will never pay for their crappy and expensive service. I screwed them up first! :)

MESSAGE TO ALL OF YOU MY FRIENDS:  If  " I see/ IC" Sys. will call you again, just answear the phone and tell then that the amount they request is in dispute with you attorney and he will contact you if needed. Also, don't say anything else except the fact that you will call Police if this nr will show up on your phone's display again.

Caller: " Mr. S, the amount is due now, this moment"
Me:    " Really, I think you have wrong information. I think I am the worng person you are calling to"
Caller:" No, we have right to suspect that you are Mr S. "
Me:    "So, in this case I have a right to suspect that you are have big mess out there. If not, please tell me my D.O.B and SSN. ( Keep on mind, they don;t have my SSN on files) "
Caller: " No sir , we ca not do that"
Me:    " Well, then I can't talk to you since I am not the person you are trying to reach. Have a nice day and please don't call me again. Bye bye!"

yea...they calling me for the past 2 months 3 times a day...they keep on switching numbers but i can tell when those fukiers call cuz they always call the same time of day...idiots... i also fuked ebay over for not tht much but a few hundred bucks lol

I dont owe anyone anything but they have started calling 1x a day for the  past week, I dont answer because I dont answer numbers I dont recognize.. but its rather annoying..
