I have been receiving calls from these people constantly over the last month even after pressing 3 (not to be called again).
What if anything can be done to nail these B....ds. and Stop the calls

Looks like this number is at it again!  The 4th time in a month that I've received calls from this number (on my cell AND my house phone!!!) They won't let up and answering for them acknowledges that its an active number so they know to retry.  So much for the Do Not Call list!

I received a call from 202-495 7170 on Saturday the 16th of may 09 the were calling to lower my interest rate they claim that they are with the CARD MEMBER SERVICE .. they wanted my  credit card number when  said i will not  give you my card number they hang up that number is a Scam   i also report them to the fraud investigation.

Recieved call today at 10 AM.  I did not recognize area code so did not pick up.  They did not leave message.  My phone number is on Do-Not-Call List.  I live in Michigan.

i get more than one call a day from these deadbeats, i have tried to press 1 to speak with a live agent and then it is hold music and then hangs up after thanking me for holding, i have tried when they call again to hold for longer but it always hangs up i tried to call back and have pressed 1 to have my number removed several times, this is a phone for emergencies and they are tying up there line with these scam phone calls i wish they would all fall off the face of the earth!!!! LOSERS GET A REAL JOB

called me..i did not pick up.  assume it's a scam...which is like taking food right out of my kids mouth.  horrid.

People who make these kind of calls are simply losers at life and really need to die in a fire.

Well, I just got a call on my landline in Baltimore.  When my answering machine picked up, their message played until the "beeep" from my machine, which apparently disconnected it.

I got this call on landline/home phone (verizon).  I never answer.

o my this telemarketers have made thousands of scams even to me but, i have learned a lesson and that lesson is not to be stupid........especially with telemarketing calls be careful people

i received a call from that number too and they was saying that i owe money and they wanted me to pay 29k US dollars and when i told him that he has the wrong person he said that he never gets the wrong person and the funny thing is that i have no credit and no credit cards so how i owe that amount of money?

I am sick of these calls. I have cell phone minutes to pay for, and these calls take up minutes. I don't know how to stop them. First of all, I don't have a credit card that I pay any interest on. The whole thing is phony.

Got a robo-call from this number (which is illegal in MN - off to a great start).  The caller identified herself as Amber from the card services dept (or something like that), said there were no problems currently with my card but that I urgently needed...something.  Clearly a scam, so I stopped paying attention and hung up.  This call came in on a business line - the business does not have a credit card.

I received a call in the US just a little bit ago from that same number.  Not just the people in Canada anymore! :P

Didn't answer. I have a cell phone with At&t and live in Alabama so they're not just targeting our good friends up North.

202.495.7170 just called my cell asking me to press 1, if I was interested in getting my credit card interest rate lowered. When I pressed 1, the phone hung up and when I called again I could only get a machine asking me to press 1 to be sdded to their do not call list.

Received a call, I don't answer #'s I don't recognize.
