rec'd call at 12:31pm. When I picked up, heard the words "credit card" but when I said hello, they stopped talking.

I read this is a scam to collect your credit card numbers. A good time for a reminder to never give those or social security, date of birth, mother's maiden name, bank account numbers, etc out to unsolicited callers.

I received a call from the (202)495-7170...another bogus scam...Didn't answer it.

Actually the company that calls from this number is using a masking generator that randomly populates your caller ID its a phishing scam and they are based out of toronto however because of that the US FCC has no jurisdiction. They attempt to sell car warranty extensions, health insurance, life insurance, and several other things. If you attempt to call back the number says it does not exist.

Just another call from another lousy telemarketer!

I just started getting calls from this number -- am in San Diego, and use Tracfone prepaid phone, where about 80% of my calls are from telemarketers, warranty scams and creditors hounding the person who had this number previously.

they call U.S.numbers as well, and we get calls from Florida, Canada, and now Washington. We even are registered on the "Do Not Call" list. someone needs to get these calls to STOP

Received a call from this number at 6:25 last eve. in Albany, NY.
I did not answer it, nor did they leave a message. Their ID stated their number and some initials-LI BF

I do not want unsolicited calls to my cell phone  it is used for business more than it is used for personal and it interferes with my ability to do my job!

Called me and saiid he was from a company that could reduce the rates on my credit card (even though I do not have a Visa). When I asked to be removed from their list got VERY belligerent.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that he had one, but they worked in the department that cares, and that was not his department. I asked again to be removed, and he said "Not very likely."
When I said that I am going to report him he said, "As if you know where."  They just never quit!

I had a very rude customer from your credit card area. He called me a [***] and I don't appreciate that at all. You guys are very rude and annoying. You guys need to learn to stop calling ppl when they tell you to stop. I have told you guys many times to put me on the do not call list and you still don't get the hint!!!! U guys are friggin dumb [***]!!!

Got a call today from this Washington DC number.. Strange since mostly everyone on this site is in Canada.. Very annoying

saturday 9:30am call came in.  no message.  i *69 & got number, called back and was met with the comment "if you don't want us to call, please press 1" which i did and then a voice said thank you and disconnected.  i have no idea if i'm off their list, or who they are.?!??

I just got a call from same number, i thought it was Obama, but then he's kinda busy now being president and all.  So i figured it was a computer because its kinda early, then again i'm in calif, and they could be calling from back east.  The only way to maybe block is using a block feature from our phone companies.  But i guess if u live alone, then the frequent calls can feel like u have more friends...its a thinker..

What the.... LI B P ? showed on my caller ID. Its very annoying! got a call from these number, they dont give up!
