This is Officer Ed Powell from the Cleveland Police Department and I writing this from the police department. We just had, several phone calls FROM THIS NUMBER, ok? And the individual had, uh, were leaving le-lewd and lascivious phone convers- he was saying how he wanted to have sex with the officers and he also had, uh, other things .. he was threatening the officers. That's why were were able to contact this number and to call this individual back. They don't realize, just like I said before, that this conversation is being recorded.

I'm sorry, you said 252, what's the other? And what's the last five digits?

Constant calls at 4am.

I get these calls all day long from.. a prankster and I just got one a while ago, so.. Because I've, I, I've gotten prank calls from them before, because I've been getting prank called a lot. We've been getting these prank calls for years now. If we can figure out who's doing this we'd sure like to get rid of them. They've been doing this to us for several years now.  In fact I don't know whether I'm really talking to them or a recording. They need to stop with these annoying phone calls!!!

Man, didn't we just have this conversation, man? I didn't call their house, brother. This a place of business. I don't know where they get this number from, but this is a place of business.

I get several phone calls claiming I called them and I didn't call them. They sure do got a lot of time on their hands. They even put it on YouTube.

Don’t you think you'll gonna stop from doing this silly [***] nonsense, at your [***] age? It amazes me that some of you never had any type of loving from your parents. Like I said always remember this, what goes around comes around. Some of you guys still quote deceased individuals like Frank Garrett. I'm glad I don't worry about you guys harassing me. I will still NEVER forgive you'll for what did to me in the past! You all got alot of time on your hands to make prank phone calls with your juvenile behavior harassing businesses like. For those of you who are getting prank calls or harassing calls. Just hang up on them, the more you hang up the more they will give up. They just want get a rise out of somebody to record and make a soundboard out of it to prank call other victims using Skype or any internet phone service. Once they record they go and put it on YouTube just look up Duncan Construction, Dat Boys Data Recovery, or Herbert Bail Bonds.
