- former interface employeeLet me say that when I worked there we were not told the whole story but it was obvious that this place was bull. Jason Hoffman and his supervisor Paul are two real pieces of [***]. They treat their employees with as little dignity as the people who come through the door. They work most days until closing and park in the parking lot behind the building if you want to confront them on their lying policies. The people who work there are threatened to be fired all the time and are basically working to get money and get out asap. This place should be shut down and will eventually loose out cause smart folks like you guys are letting Connecticut residents know its a bs scam!
- they won't leave me alone!| 1 replyMy adult son took his little brother out yesterday and gave out my home number and my cell, and now they won't leave me alone! They have called my house THREE times in less than that many minutes!
I called before and told them I wasn't interested. I sent an e-mail to say the same, with a link to this site as well as to the one from the BBB. Someone called anyway. I told her I was no longer interested. They called AGAIN anyway.
I just heard my cell phone ring now! Guess who!!!
How can I make this stop, please?
Is there a phone number where I can call THEM and leave a message on their answering machine, or don't they have one? I already tried the 203-391-5870 number the girl gave me, but when I told her I wasn't interested she just got quiet and now they won't stop. - gullible momIsn't constantly calling someone when they've repeatedly asked you not to, considered harassment? Can't the police give them a call?
- another former employeeHonestly what you should do is ask for the manager which will be Jason or Paul. When they get on the phone get rude or just tell them your calling the police. They will get scared and write "NI" [ not interested] on the card. Its the best way to get them to stop they are frightened of police. Working there you can see their insecurities. These people are really as [***] as they appear to be by their business practices.
- 1 more former interfaceWhile I was there I was constantly threatened to be fired if I didnt work longer hours and not take my 30 minute lunches. Everything written is true these people will get shut down as they cant keep getting new folks through the door if everyone knows its a scam.
Jason's license plate # = 168xdn [ blue 4 door bmw 325xi ]
Paul's License plate # = 204xez [ black 4 door VW jetta ]
If anyone sees these cars tell them how disgusted you are with their practices. I'm glad I got out of there. - micI did talk to a woman at the mall and once I saw this info I called the number back - they had no idea who I was and put me on hold. I finally hung up finished reading and now I know I won't be returning their calls

- gullible momWell, I thought this was over last week when I finally picked up and told the lady as politely as I could that we were no longer interested, then hung up.
Last night, they started calling AGAIN, first my house, then my husband's cell phone.
They just called both numbers again (it's Sunday morning).
Why don't they give up??? - satisfied with interfacei have been a client of the company's for about 10 months now and have worked on gossip girls, law and order, ugly betty, and i even did a print ad for a local leather company. it is a competive industry, so you have to go in understanding that you are not guarnteed anything. an agency cant even guarntee you work. they got me started, it sounds like everyone here is complaining about nothing really since they arent even clients.

- FabianUnfortunetlly me and my wife we were so stupid to gave them the money right away, i mean credit card:( but after we left we had a little conversation in the car and we decidet to go back and cancel everything and ask them for the money back to our credit card, The person was really pissed and told us to calm our voices down because there was a lot of people inside and he didnt feel camfrtoble to talk to us right in front of them, so he told us to right the letter that we want to cancel it and they are going to give us money back. So my wife took a paper and wrote everything right at that place and we left. When i was driving back home i called my credit card company and told them all about it and told them to cancel that transaction if they can. They did cancel it until i received a letter from them today that they have to put all of that money back in credit card because they received proof of me signing the receipt from them. They also said in that letter to my credit card company that we didnt call or do anything to cancel it. They are bunch of [***] and i feel so sad i got into this [***] :( sorry for my english dont know where to go with this
- concerned mommyI have also received calls from this company, to the point that they are aggressive. I had arranged the apt, when they wanted to speak to my husband to verify and then tell him it was required for him to be there. Something didn't sound right... we cancelled. I hope that other parents do not make this mistake. Please contact the Danbury Mall and complain.

E. melissa.eigen@macerich.com - Burned! My son was scammed out of $650 over a year ago by this company. I posted all this information a long time ago…I cannot believe that people are still being fleeced by InterFace. I’m amazed they have not been shut down!
Fortunately he paid with a credit card and the credit card company was able to recover the money after the charge was disputed. He canceled his contract within the three days by certified mail but when a refund didn't come from InterFace, he got Connecticut's Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Protection involved. InterFace’s big shot NYC lawyer sent us a harsh (somewhat threatening) letter in response to our complaints to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.
I spoke personally with Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut’s Attorney General who called my home to speak with us because he was very concerned about my son’s experience. My biggest concern was that in the InterFace contract it states that they “own” your photos and you can “buy” copies. It also states that since they “own” your photos they can use them any way they want. I was worried they’d “photo-shop” my son’s image onto another person’s body or something….or even have his image end up on a porn site or something! Why should they “own” your images when you pay so much $$$ for them!!! An investigator from the Better Business Bureau also called and needed additional information about our experience. An important lesson was learned. If you feel you've been scammed by any disreputable company, don't hesitate to call or write the AG's office - they are there for you!
You can click on the links to the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau where you'll find phone numbers, addresses, etc. I believe you can even e-mail them with your concern.
To save you time, here they are again - good luck!

www.connecticut.bbb.org - interFACE is GREAT!!!!| 1 replyinterFACE talent network is a company that does have had a lot of success. i have no complaints about them. Granted they don't promise jobs but many of their client do gets jobs. And they only say that so they are not liable to pay you for something you don't even follow through in. And the only fee is what the clients are financially responsible for which they are told straight up and they don't take money from your jobs pay. IT IS NOT A SCAM!!! I have talked to many people who have told me that them and their friends have had great success in using interFACE to market them. And are all of you really that sad that you have to trash talk a great company cause I'm sure all of you don't even know what you are talking about.
- ghfjakldfjahfjason hoffman works there he is a manager of production and he doesnt have a highschool d0plima..... plus his boss paul D. does cocaine at work. they fined their worker for using the cell phones, i used to work there and they fired me to for only being 3 mins late one day. lets sue them!!!!
- Not saying.Or are you that pathetic that you actually think i don't know that you work at the company. Hahah no one likes interface. It's a scam. they fire everyone for no reason and frankly that company is going down the [***] hole and when enough people learn that its a scam there wont be any more interface. So have fun scamming while you can ;)
- Jenthanx everyone for telling about this awful scam!! u guys totally saved me. im expecting a call tomorrow and i was almost positive i was going to go to the place in norwalk.. but now im definetly not going. and yes the lady told me the same thing she told all the other kids walking by her. thats when i thought it was a little odd..especially because she said the same thing to every single one. thanks again everyone! u really saved me! :]
interface suckss - adamHonestly I work for inteface talent network, I am an assistant manager at the kiosk in the palisades mall and all that I have to say is that every person here explains how they almost spent the money but never actually went through with everything which proves that if you do make the investment your children actually can become successful. We are NOT a scam I've been down to the offices myself and seen and met children who have booked campaigns through us, we really are a great company and I myself was scketchy about it in the beginning until I met the ceo and founder of the company and actually went to the offices and took a tour and he explained everything to me making it clear that we are not a scam and we are truly a great way to help your children gain exposure.
