Got a call on my cell phone.  I didn't hear anyone except for static, so I hung up.  I  looked it because I didn't recognize the area code.

Multiple calls and no one answers.  Telephone Number 206-456-0661

Heavily accented "Mike" called about the problem I had reported with my computer. PURE Fraud.
He was aggressive and insistent. May all the unsolicited telemarketing phishers rot in ....

this number is constant on calling every-morning and evening.

wow this stupid middle east guy called me with some lady on the phone saying that they needed to fix my computer etc i send them to hell and they keep calling me by my 1st name and everything

Got a call from this number, they stayed on the line for over a minute and never said anything.

Got the call today/ 4/19/12 around 3pm est, wanted to access my computer to fix a bug, I just said goodby and hung the phone up.

Anytime you think someone is calling to help you, they're not.  Ask for their phone number, their name, and the company's name, so that  "you can call them back at more convenient time".  If they are legitimate, they'll give that information easily and freely.  If they're not, they usually get angry or hang up.  

Not cool...

I has the same call to my home in Toronto.  He told me hewas calling from Texas.  Said my computer was sending false signals.  Knew it was a scam, but was bored with nothing to do so I kept him on the phone for 15 minutes.  Asked for his website (none) asked where in Texas he was calling from (private) and then asked what instruction would he give me for my computer. After prodding, the most he would aay, is hit rhe Start button.
I called him a crook and a sleasebag, asked for his supervisor and laughed at him. I had some fun, annoyed the crap out of him and hung up in the middle of a sentence.
Tried to return the call but never received any answer

Someone with a thick Indian accent named Angelina called me and said she was calling from Microsoft and could fix my computer so it wouldn't keep crashing.  The caller ID shows (206)456-0661, but she said her telephone number is (718)618-4749.  She wanted me to pay $299.00 for a two year Microsoft warranty.  I realizes that it was a scam after I allowed them into my computer when I Googled the telephone number and saw that she was not from Microsoft. She left me a message that said she had stolen my software off my computer and would give it back if I called her.  She called me 28 times after I hung up on her on April 18, 2012 from 8:59AM to 1:48PM, then she called me 4 times on April 19, 2012 from 7:21AM to 10:39AM. I'm on the do not call list. They are probably the ones who hacked into my email and caused the crashing problem.

Received the same call today (4/18) Thick accent, noisy room - called several times on unassigned number 253-242-8714, was very insistant about a trojan virus on my computer.  Claimed to be from the company hired by microsoft to track down and eliminate the csrxx.exe virus.  I told him if I had such a virus or trojan my software would have picked it up.  I hung up on him, but he called back several times.  Call trace went to Washington (Seattle).

AntiFraud Centre in Canada is aware of the scam.  We've received the call twice in the last few weeks.  We've traced it twice ( *57 ).  Unfortunately for them, I fix my own computer and my wife knows it, so they aren't getting anything from us.

I have received at least six calls from this number. I made the mistake of answering one time. All I got was silence, then a female voice, automated, saying, "good bye".

206-456-0661 keeps calling...I finally answered and told them to remve my number from their call list.
The idiot got nasty and started to curse at me...still calling...how do you get rid of them?

Called at 8:52am to Vancouver, Canada.  This is a repeat. Didn't answer. No message left.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and no one is on the other line. I will black list it on my phone now but if they don't have anything to say then they need to stop calling.

I just got a call from these guys. Told me all the same stuff as they told everyone else. I followed his instructions while thinking to myself that if he asks me to do something I dont want to do I'll just stop because I'm in control. He shows me the errors and warnings on my computer and asks if I had internet security. I replied by saying that I had norton and he said "oh thats not good, it did nothing to protect you, the virus is so deep it affected it". Sounded fishey because Norton is one of the best but i still went along. He told me to access the website www.ammyy.com. before i clicked i told him that it isn't the windows website and he told me he was just going to show me something so i went to it and it was so he could gain access to my computer. I told him I didn't feel comfortable and was not going to do that and he got angry and loudly said "then we cannot help you, goodbye" and hung up. What [***]

This Pakistan fellow calls my phone at least once a day, up to 5 times throughout the day.
I only answered the first call, couldn't understand much of what he said, then plugged him in as wrong number, so I knew when it was his calls.
First call said I callled him about a computer error, so I knew it was a scam. Tried to tell him I was on a do not call list with the state and federal government and then he hang up. One of my employees answered and he was saying the same thing.
I was able to put a block on his scam today, but this has been going on daily for over 2 weeks throughout the work week. No calls on weekends.
