This person has his name listed as "James Burrows" with a reply email as "kelly797901@yahoo.com." He's proly some scammer from Nigeria or some place around there. They are notorious for money scams!

and my add for crome truck bed rails .i also got one last night to dont these these dumbasses know how to read .my add on craigsist"inland emprie" states cash or paypal ......i got one about month ago we where going back and forth and i kept telling him paypal only its quick and easy they kept saying no  then i asked them where they were from and i would meet them for cash he would never tell me then finaly they stopped emailing me ALL THESE LOW LIFES NEED TO DO IS READ THE ADD ......

Funny thing is I was only asking $375 for the item. ALready sent him my paypal E-mail to use but I just changed it and created a new email so hopefully i'm good.

One more thing that couldnt be more suspicous, he says he's deaf... I'm selling subwoofers, could someone explain how that makes sense?

same thing here, said he accidently sent a draft for 2.000.00 for a $150.00 refrigerator off craigslist.
same exact story with the secreatary blah....blah his name this time is larry moore! I am in NC so he gets around!!!

Got same email for my van I'm selling cheap.  Sounded weird so I googled the number and here I am!

We got the very same e-mail.

Same scam.  Got two emails responded to one, but got bounceback when I sent the info, so googled the phone number he gave.  Wont respond to other initial email, it appears he uses the alias brad farr as well.

I got the same email.  "Thank you for the prompt ..."  He used the name Paul Scott. What a dirtbag.

I have since receive the confirmation from my secretary  that the payment as been issued out and was mailed by the United Parcel Service. It will be delivered to your address one business day from now according to the courier ,but to my greatest surprise the draft was issued out to the sum of $2000 instead of the actual cost of my purchase . She claimed that i requested for that amount to be issued out to you  but am very sure i only made a request for just the cost of my purchase. This is a terrible mistake and i was just informed about this so please once  the check is delivered  please take it to your Bank and have it cashed.


You will then deduct the cost of my purchase  plus an extra $100 to offset the cost of your run around expenses.The rest of the fund should be sent to my mover  via western union the same day you receive the payment so that my mover  can make the trip over for the pick up at once. **I will need your immediate response via email assuring me  that i can trust you to handle this with utmost care and  have the remaining fund returned appropriately as requested  and will hope that your intentions remains noble though out the duration of this transaction**

I got an email from a Paul Scott and Torres Lucas- same exact wording on the response! So obvious- i had a little something to reply to him/her- lol.

I received the same email selling an item on Craigslist in San Francisco.  I had a feeling it was a scam. So I deleted the email. But decided to look up the number and found this site.  

Email came from - James Burrows <kelly797903@yahoo.com> and looks like replies go to burrowmess@10tecs.com

Another email came from:  James Burrows <landlito105@yahoo.com> and replies go to bostonmail01@gmail.com asking if items were still available.
