It's 5 years later since your post, and now I am experiencing the same thing.  Just wondered what happened, and whether you finally got them to stop calling????  I will be reporting them to BBB for sure and whoever else I can think of...

They called us at 9:35 p.m. Not cool.

My wife is sleeping trying to recover from chemo for lung cancer and these schmucks call at 10PM.

I swear, if I ever find you, you'll be on the news. As a dead #@$% body.

Stop calling

Just called and it's after 9:00 in the evening and no one such as telemarketers, surveys, etc. is to call after that time.  Scarborough Research uses other phone numbers such as 941-379-1954, 800-275-6043 and they are clearly listed as scam/spam on white pages and reports have been made against them.  They tried to claim to research your usage of TV, Radio, Internet, Newspaper, etc.

Every day 4-5 tines and after 9 p.m I get calls from Scarborough rsc.  I am on the do not call registry.

Scarborough Research is also out of Pittsburgh,PA and they also use 941-379-1954, 800-753-6043 along with a website surveyhelp123.com.  They even sent a postcard to us stating they were legit and listed with BBB and was safe to do their survey.  We're not going to answer the phone nor go to a website to do any such survey through or with them so they're best to stop calling.  Being on the do not call list has proven to be worthless.

This so called Scarbourough survey company called at 9:40 this evening.  No telemarketing or survey company is to call anyone after 8:00pm.  These people need to be reported and charged as it's become harassing.

They use different numbers from different areas and it's become harassing and these people need to be prosecuted.  They've called after the allowed time at night.  We're on the DNC list which has proven to be worthless so we'll all need to file complaints against this so called research company.

I got called at 10pm. I am usually asleep by that time. They keep calling every day.

Called several times. Did not answer.. No message left by caller

Getting calls from this number but the caller ID says: SCARBOROUGH RSC. Latest call was tonight at 7:32 pm. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

they called me and asked me A million and one question about the radio channels I listen to, what newspapers I read, and what I do for a living, how much my household income was, and the zip code of my current employment.

Just pick up and lay the phone down see how long I can run up there phone bill

If you want these [***] to stop calling answer the call tell them you will do survey but when the ask tell them jokes tell them what part of their lips matches with a camels ass see how long you can screw with them.

Just received a phone call from this number and it's 9:45 PM on Thursday night, this number started calling about a week ago and i'm registered with the do not call list

Calls every evening around 6 pm.  Leaves no Voice Mail Message. These calls come 7 days a week, daily. Name as it appears on my Caller ID is SCARBOROUGH RSC 210~736-3080

Simply disconnect every time you see their number on the phone.  Easy solution but it does take time for them to get you off their list.  Also helps (if you feel compelled to answer) to tell them that they owe you $100 for your time.  They always pay this, no matter what you tell them but you gotta get the money beforehand by asking for a credit card number from the caller.  Don't answer any survey questions until you get that CC number.
