These people call me several times a day. Day and night. Very annoying.

I suggest contacting senior management of the firm to request immediate removal of your phone number from any & all of their calling lists, if you want to stop these calls.

If that does not work, I'm sure filing in Small Claims Court for harassment will.  Especially if they are wasting your cell phone minutes!

Contacted them via email and asked for a number to call THEM and was provided info below:

This number calls 3-5 times a day for over a year. I have told them to quit, and they just laugh.
I am ready to get rid of my home phone because I work nights and sleep days.

90% of the time, they will not say anything, just dead air.

These folks are just downright annoying...calling 2-3 times a day usually 2 days a week...received one call at 9:44 pm...ridiculous!!

We have ignored the calls and they go to voicemail but this is now going into the realm of harrassment.

We are on the Do Not Call register but apparently these folks have their own set of rules.

I reported them to my phone carrier as "harrassing communications".

Well, I did finally answer the phone and take the survey. It was about local media including TV, radio, and newspapers. They had specific names and stations in my area in their survey. It took about 15 minutes. I refused to answer the questions about income and value of my home, and hung up. BUT today I received an envelope in the mail (did not give them my mailing address) and it contained a survey about shopping, a television diary, and a $5 bill!

I kinda like the idea of having an influence on my local media, so I think I'll do it.

This robo call came in at 9:13PM.  I was already in bed.  The caller ID said it came from San Antonio TX.  They did not leave a message.  
PLEASE do something about these people!  I've had several calls from them recently but this is the latest they've called at night.

I have the ATT UVERSE digital phone package and I took advantage of ATT's call block function.

You can Google the url for the ATT UVERSE website for it.

Log into your account and fill out the information needed to block their number under the "block caller" feature.

It might also be worth a try to see if your phone service offers a number blocking service, even if you don't have ATT UVERSE.

Why all phones don't come with internal number blocking features, is beyond me, such a feature should be standard.

Get a Clue We Don't Want To Talk To You!! They Called Me at 9:46pm!!

Same thing over and over, I am on the do not call registry and they keep calling, I have told them not to call adn they keep calling, when I pick up the phone and tell them over and over that I "do not want" they ALWAYS argue with me for as long as I will allow it.
today a female voice told me that they are accredited by the BBB, the blah blah blah and the blah blah blah before I hung up in anger.
After looking up the number I found this and I have reported Scarborough Res to BBB and Do not Call

If anybody would actually take a second to LISTEN to what these people had to say maybe you would understand! Under FEDERAL laws MARKET RESEARCH is allowed to make calls until 10pm. Do not call is for people trying to SELL you something. Market research is actually HELPING you! How do you think we get any of the products and services we use on a daily basis... MARKET RESEARCH! Give these people a chance to explain what they are doing... Stop talking and listen give them BRIEF answers and they survey is over in no time! People like all you complaining must be miserable in life.

I just put their number on my call block list. No biggie. I'm certainly not going to give them "my opinion" unless they pay me cold hard cash for it. If they are going to get paid for "my opinion" then they'll have to pay me for it first.

3wire do you even KNOW if they pay you?! Have you given them 1 damn minute of your life for them to explain what it is they're doing and IF they pay you?! Probably not! IT MAKES NO SENSE! You just be a MISERABLE person!

Been getting continuous calls, almost daily from this number even though I'm on the do not call list.  Caller ID indicates OUT OF STATE.  Going to block the number and find out how to report it to the do not call center.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO!!!  i have recieved calls for the last 2/3 years from an Indian man claiming to be from Microsoft.. he calls all the time still trying to convince me he is from Microsoft and want info from me about my computer.  I have told him off every time and he has even cussed me out on occasion!   I am now getting calls from this number wanting info about what i do, where i go, ya know.. a 'survey'.  DONT TRUST THIS!!  once again, this was an Indian voice, this time female. I want to know why these people want American information!  why do you need to know where we go, what our computer info is, ect.!  any thoughts on this??

This Scarborough research company started calling me a few months ago every other night. I finally got tired of seeing thier caller ID come up and answered the phone. I said please stop calling me, I'm on the "Do Not Call" registry. They politely told me they were not selling anything, only wanted me to take part in a survey. I said I'm Not Interested, and I asked that they please remove me from thier call list. They hung up on me.  I thought they were gone for good until one day 2 weeks agowhen I got a letter from them in snail mail (apparently they have my home address as well). In the letter they apoligised for hanging up on me, and included $1 in cash in showing they were sincere. Guess what, a week later the phone calls started all over again. You think I feel indebted to them to pick the phone once again? Real pests!

First off, sdont scream at people who are just trying to make a living. That makes you and them so damn stressed and no one gets anythin solved. Call the damn number or block it, not that hard. OR catch up to the 21st century and get a cellphone. Are they calling your cell? Thats because you GAVE THEM YOUR NUMBER. Good lord.

I used to work there when i was young and needed a job despretly, and i can tell you we poor callers literally cant do anything and are at our bosses mercy. Please try and understand that.

They are some sort of company that fathers research data on TV, radio and newspapers. Because they classify themselves as research they can loosely claim exemption from Do Not Call lists. If you ask me, that's not an exemption. Luckily, they've only called once but any call they make is wasting their time. I won't answer. I despise any of those silly type surveys.
