Well, if they are a Scarborough research and are a legitimate business perhaps they should have the good sense to place their real name on caller ID - not just the phone number.  I and most folk with a lick of sense don't answer trash like that.

Will rarely answer an area code and number I don't know, and will never answer a number without a name... Frickin' tards!

This number has called several times and has ID of Scarborough RSR. I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. I suspect they would solicit money if we did answer.

They have called several times a week. Even after I told them to stop calling. I'm just refusing to pick up the phone when they call.

These jerks have called several times all after 9 pm.

Been getting calls from this number,  wish they'd quit calling, I'm not interested in anything....I don't want to talk to them or anyone I don't know....

I am getting this call even at night times. I don't know whose number is this.

This is the second time this outfit has called and I might add it's always close to 9 PM when they do.  Last time they were told not to call my number and that it was on the Do Not Call list.

It is so amazing that those people - or computers/machines - "decide" to call at the ungodly hour of 10:00 PM! Behind this are more hucksters that are behind more schemes, scams, frauds, ripoffs, or methods to extract information from people. In my case, I will block them. They need to just get lost and stop pestering people!

Scarborough Research or Nielson, I don't care WHO they are. I have asked them NOT to call again, that I was NOT interested in their survey. They are insistent and stay on the line being rude until I hang up on them. Then, THEY CALL BACK within minutes. I let the machine take over. The next night (always after 8:30 pm) they call AGAIN....and again...and again. Back-to-back ringing off the hook until 9 pm.  That's a LOT of calls.  EVERY SINGLE NIGHT FOR 2 WEEKS. I have never called these people back.  Is there nothing than can be done for harrassment and abuse because I own a stinking phone ?????

They called at 954 pm our time, that's 1054pm in San Antonio to a number on the no call list.  Must be a computer that needs re-programming!

Hay People. let us fine out whom the CEO jerk that runs this Marking Resch Company.
Then Call Her or Him at like 3 am and leave a nasty message. don't forget to block your phone number.

I get a call at 8 pm. like why wait all day? whom are these jerks.

Jut go to Gov.dont; call list.com and put in your phone number.

Therefore, it takes a ton of people to complain for the Gov to take action. a few whiners won;t worked.
It'll take like 100 people or more to complain, included their phone number, time they called,
and their rude Attitude if people bother speaking to them.

Like I said, block their phone number. go out a by a phone that you can block numbers.

I cannot contact them to put me on their do not call list.  I am registered with the Do Not Call for the National Registry and also my state of Wisconsin registiry.
